La experiencia con Alwin y su familia fue increíble! Fue nuestra primera vez en Worldpackers, y todos fueron muy serviciales y participativos. Siempre se aseguraron de integrarnos a la familia y a la ciudad.
La comida es excelente, tanto la de la esposa de Alwin como la de Oma, con platos muy típicos alemanes. La ciudad es estupenda y queda cerca de varios lugares interesantes para conocer. El espacio donde nos hospedamos es excelente y tiene todo lo que necesitábamos, como ropa de trabajo, café, utensilios de cocina y artículos de baño.

Charlie y yo pasamos un tiempo increíble con Alwin, Stephanie y su familia. Nos recibieron en su hermosa casa y nos brindaron una experiencia alemana increíble y auténtica. Las tareas fueron simples, con Alwin dando grandes consejos en el camino, y teníamos un horario muy flexible para hacer mucho turismo. ¡Los niños también eran muy tiernos; los extrañaremos! Stephanie también nos preparó una comida increíble. Logramos visitar varias ciudades y pueblos con el consejo experto de Alwin y Stephanie, ¡eso también fue fantástico! Oma también fue un ángel que nos alimentó muy bien. ¡Estamos agradecidos por esta experiencia!

Great experience in Tüdden with Alwin Stephanie and the whole the home work was easy and fun, mostly in the garden harvesting food, hanging with the kids or Oma and experiencing the culture in Germany The accommodation was amazing the apartment is great with everything you need, you have access to their kitchen food and their whole backyard with a pool and plenty of space to relax. Anyone that loves immersing themselves into new cultures is interested in learning german or just wants to have an amazing volunteer experience, this is the spot Thank you Alwin and Stephanie you are the best!

A wonderful experience. The flexible schedule allowed me to help out while exploring the region. Spending time with the animals was a joy and made my stay unforgettable. Oma's food was a highlight—delicious and prepared with care. The accommodation was comfortable and had everything I needed. Julia e Ighor se quedaron con nosotros durante 2 semanas. Hicieron todo el trabajo que les pedimos y fueron muy proactivos. Especialmente con nuestro hijo menor, Jonah, jugaron mucho y él realmente disfrutó del tiempo con ellos. También les encantó pasar tiempo con nuestros animales. Podemos recomendar totalmente a Julia e Ighor como voluntarios.

We had an amazing experience with Alwin and his family, everybody was so friendly and kindness with us that we felt part of the home. Alwin and Stephanie always were trying to help, indicating places and cities to visit. We learned a lot about the German customs, their typical foods and we had the chance to taste Oma's food, which is wonderful. Gratitude is what we have in our hearts.

This experience was so lovely. Everyone was so welcoming and really made me feel like part of the home. I was always involved whether it be hanging out by the pool, or going round to Oma's for lunch! The jobs were easy and never took more than a few hours. The rest of the time I could spend just chilling out by myself or playing with Jonah. Alwin and Stephanie were really easy going, if there was somewhere I wanted to visit I could just ask and they happily accommodated, as well as offering suggestions of places to go. I have nothing but positive things to say about the whole experience!

I stayed with Alwin and Stephanie and the kids for over 2 weeks. The tasks were flexible and diverse and the accomodation is really good, with a small place just for yourself. I had such a really good experience and I had the chance to practice my German (especially with Jonah) and get to know the culture and lifestyle. They also welcome you into their family, making it feel like home and they make sure you have a good experience, always recommending places and things to visit.

I had such an amazing time with them! The tasks and the work schedule were really flexible. In some days, I was helping out inside, cooking or playing with the little kid. In other days, I was gardening or helping with small construction work; nothing really hard or demanding. The entire family is so kind and welcoming. I was invited to be part of the home celebrations and had the opportunity to know more about their culture and lifestyle. The facilities are above standard, and the food was amazing (especially Oma's 🤤). Thank you so much for having me!

The experience was truly incredible. I have nothing but words of gratitude for everything. They are a super open family, they integrate you into their activities and lifestyle as if you were one of them. I personally experienced and felt the tasks to be carried out as part of my daily life and they are super flexible about it, it is really relaxing to be in contact with nature in such a quiet place.
