La experiencia

We are a little and grassroots community organization based in southern Morocco, without lots of resources (we live day by day to make the projects go on), but with enthusiastic and well-skilled staff.

We have been hosting volunteers from other countries since 2000. We are looking forward to meeting people to teach different languages and practice them with people in our community !

Que ofreces?

Lo que obtienes

2 dias libres por semana

Habitación privada: Tendrás una cama en un cuarto privado. Sí, un cuarto solo para ti.

Habitación compartida: Tendrás una cama en un cuarto compartido con otros viajeros.

Traslado: Te buscaremos cuando llegues y te llevamos a nuestro lugar.

Clases de idiomas: Toma clases de idiomas gratis en nuestro espacio.

Utilice nuestra cocina equipada: Siéntete libre de usar nuestra cocina y preparar tu comida deliciosa.

Programa detallado

The volunteers stay at the organization were we have one room a kitchen and bathroom(traditional toilet) . Hot water is not available but you can heat it on the stove.
you need to cook your meals at the association . You can ask for initiation lessons to Moroccan cuisine so the world packers will taste the traditional local food culture. Also, local drinks like Morocco mint tea with a workshop about traditional tea ceremony :)
The organization can offer a certificate if the volunteer asks for one.
We may be able to organize tourist tours for them with one or more of our organization members to discover the beauty of the region(the group shares the expenses ) .

Actividades & Turnos

We value the time our volunteers put into the work they do here. (most of the volunteers after experiencing the difficulties we face to keep our association open donate or help to buy for the rent when they leave). We would like to ask you to help us with a small donation fee of 5€ a day to keep our place open.

We need help teaching languages: especially English, French . But if you are thinking of staying more than 4 weeks and want to teach German or Spanish you ask us on how we can organize things together.
Help locals improve the skills that they had already get at school mainly by "Practicing with them", while having fun.

Reglas

- we highly appreciate you to discuss the plans you make with local friends (you will make many nice friend here and they will invite you) with the volunteers coordinator .
- we are an NGO working in education field so you need to pay attention for your habits,clothes,and topics you discuss with the kids(to avoid that our association be closed by the authorities)

-we will appreciate if you avoid talking about world packers to people because we only receive friend or friends of our friends not from an open platform (crazy but it's this way in some countries like ours)
