I'm 18 years old and have never travelled alone before this. i'd be lying if i said i wasn't scared at first but within the first week i had had met so many amazing people at at the hostel and became close friends with so many of the volenteers, even made travel plans with a few of them. I spent nearly 2 months at the hostel and and everyday has been filled with laughter and the best parties of my life. There are some days that you'll wake up with a hangover after having partied for 8 hours straight but that's not what you'll never wake up regretting your night out. Love this place.

My experience volunteering here was great. The tasks were straightforward and I was given clear instructions on how to do them. The hostel is also super open minded, if you want to host an activity or suggest any improvements, they are very happy to listen. There is food available to make breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as the family dinner most days. I had a great time with the other volunteers staying there as well as the guests and even if you don't volunteer here I'd recommend going to check out some of the parties that they do!

La ubicación es excelente y la compañera del dueño fue flexible con mis horarios, lo que ayudó mucho. Mi estancia en el hostal fue muy divertida! si buscas fiestar y conectar con otros viajeros & incluso algunos locales, este es el lugar perfecto para ir! el horario no siempre fue como se acordó, pero las cosas van en ambas direcciones, así que si de forma espontánea necesitas un poco de tiempo libre te ayudarán! cuidado con ello: las amenidades no son exactamente como se mencionaron - la cena se sirvió de forma muy irregular, lo cual es una lástima, especialmente si se supone que vas a salir con el grupo más tarde!

De um modo geral, tive uma ótima experiência no hostel. Maria foi muito colaborativa como anfitriã e estava sempre disposta a ajudar com alguma dúvida. Todavia, tive um problema com as instalações do quarto dos voluntários, mas logo chegamos em um acordo sobre minha função no voluntariado - acredito que houve respeito e transparência de ambas as partes. É uma excelente experiência pra conhecer pessoas do mundo todo porque o hostel está sempre lotado e é bastante sociável.

I had an awesome time volunteering! The parties were a blast, I made many friends, and saying goodbye was really tough. The first week can be a bit chaotic since you're figuring things out, but with good guidance, it will be easy to adapt. If you're thinking about volunteering at the hostel, make sure to set your work hours clearly, or you might end up working extra. The tasks are easy to do, and the whole vibe at the hostel is nice.
