We had a very good time with Nicolas, he was a respectful and friendly host and provided everything it was promised. The work is flexible and have space for creativity and independence. The place is very nice to stay in and it's pleasant to ride to other villages to visit.

It was a good stay. I liked learning a lot from Nicholas and his knowledge about the local culture compared to Paris. Had fun while doing my work for the week and had plenty of time for excursions and activities!
