Lo pasé muy bien haciendo voluntariado en el albergue en Namibia. Conocí a gente increíble, hice muy buenos amigos y me divertí mucho durante mi estancia. Las noches de trivia siempre fueron un momento destacado y una excelente forma de conectarse con otros viajeros. Como voluntario de redes sociales, creé videos y contenido para el albergue mientras también exploraba la zona. Los voluntarios no tienen acceso directo a la cuenta de Instagram del albergue, por lo que el contenido se sube a archivos compartidos para que el equipo lo publique más tarde. El albergue es genial, con una bonita piscina, comidas deliciosas y un personal muy amable. ¡Gracias por la experiencia!

El hostal es realmente un hostal 10/10. Es una gran primera experiencia de viaje en solitario. el personal (Memory, Festus, Sam, Giandro, Sophia, Coco) son literalmente personas increíbles. el hostal no es solo un hostal, es realmente un lugar donde la gente se siente en casa. Durante mi tiempo hice muchos nuevos amigos, tuve experiencias increíbles y creé tantos recuerdos. Tomé el desayuno todas las mañanas, así como la cena cuatro veces a la semana (potjie, braai). Fue increíble, por cierto. Pude viajar a Swakop durante un fin de semana por mis propios gastos, pero es algo que hay que hacer. Muchas gracias por la experiencia, Jackie y el equipo. Un lugar perfecto para hacer voluntariado en Namibia. Jackie, la dueña, y el resto del equipo son personas increíbles, incluido Asme, a quien no tuve la oportunidad de conocer en persona. El albergue es un lugar donde realmente encuentras amabilidad y positividad. Lo recomiendo mucho, ya sea que estés buscando hacer voluntariado o reservar tu estancia.😊😊😊

Mi tiempo en el hostal fue muy bueno… el equipo es increíble, no puedo decir cuánto me ayudaron. Tuve una estancia corta, pero lo suficiente para disfrutar de mi tiempo allí. El hostal es el indicado para estar en Windhoek, así que definitivamente recomiendo hacer voluntariado aquí a cualquiera. ¡La noche Braai es la mejor!!!

Mi experiencia en el hostal fue increíble; todos los colaboradores me recibieron y me trataron muy bien. Jackie es muy atenta a los detalles y tiene una empatía gigante. La energía del hostal es maravillosa y viví momentos muy buenos. Al principio me quedé en una tienda privada muy cómoda y luego fui a una pequeña habitación privada también; ambos alojamientos fueron excelentes y me proporcionaron mucha privacidad. El trabajo es tranquilo y pude aprovechar la ciudad en mi tiempo libre; espero poder volver a este lugar :D

My experience with the hostel could not be better. Jackie is genuinely cares about volunteers, making you feel supoorted and appreciated thoughtout the stay. Super welcoming staff and vert kind, creating a friendly atmosphere. The place is well located and beautiful facilities.

One of the best volunteering experiences I've had! Everything went smoothly! The place is great, with a good location, a cozy structure, and an incredibly kind and welcoming team. I had all the support I needed. I spent fun days exchanging experiences with the staff and guests. Jackie is very open to listening, accepting suggestions, and also contributing to us. This is amazing because it creates a great exchange in terms of both the volunteering itself and the overall experience. This way, the work flows much better and becomes even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!

The hostel is a nice place! I had to leave before the agreement because the schedule wasn't a good match with my remote job, unfortunately. I stayed in a really good tent and after finished my volunteering I choose to stay there for more days. The team is super friendly and welcoming, Jackie is a great person and comprehensive. I do recommend this the hostel for all those how want get to enjoy Windhoek and also i chill experience.

Jackie and the team were very welcoming, and provided great support throughout the whole time I was there. The role allowed me lots of flexibility to get involved with activities and meet locals and guests! The hostel itself is really cosy and social, they provide free breakfast daily and dinner 4 nights a week which is great! There was a lot to do in Windhoek, lots of markets and day trips you can go to, they also have a great shopping centre and outdoor spaces. Would 100% recommend this placement to anyone looking to spend time in Windhoek and explore Namibia!
