Anna y Gerhard fueron nada menos que absolutamente increíbles! la granja es bastante bonita, con muchos paseos y ciclovías en las proximidades, y el trabajo es bastante divertido y agradable. :) Tuve la oportunidad de trabajar en la cocina de la granja con Anna, aprender platos tradicionales austríacos, preparar comida para el invierno, y ella me enseñó a hacer yogur! Anna es una alma increíblemente gentil. Trabajar con Gerhard trae tantas conversaciones divertidas y profundas, que las horas pasan rápidamente. Tuve un tiempo increíble hospedándome con Anna y Gex; las tareas eran directas y fueron extremadamente flexibles con mis planes de viaje. Gex ofrece unos consejos de viaje increíbles y realmente me ayudó a disfrutar mi viaje al máximo. Anna, por otro lado, es extremadamente amable y cada día esperaba con ansias su comida, ¡siempre fue tan buena! En general, no podría recomendar esta experiencia lo suficiente; me encantaría volver a visitarla en el futuro.

I had a great time with Gerhard & Anna! They were extremely welcoming, and often inviting me to join them on different adventures. They also shared a lot about the culture of Styria, along with a ton of new and insightful information on homesteading. And, more importantly, they were always interested in my own experiences, so we were always in good conversation. The work itself was also quite nice, and never too difficult. When there was a more demanding task, Gerhard was always there to help and show how it should be done. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd recommend it to all!

I enjoyed so much this volunteering, and I recommend it to everyone. They are a really cute and caring family, supportive and kind. There are so much things to do around the farm and the garden, and they are clear about the tasks and they explain everything about it. They are really flexible with the time and even give some routes for trekking and enjoy the place and the surroundings. It was an incredible experience and I would love to go there someday again.
