Tuve el mejor momento en Wildbee Hostel. El equipo fue tan cálido y de mente abierta, y me encantó trabajar juntos cada día. Como Social Host, creé contenido para Instagram, organicé eventos, reuní a la gente y mis nuevas ideas siempre fueron bienvenidas y puestas en acción.
El alojamiento estaba limpio, con habitaciones hermosas, superando mis expectativas, y como voluntario me sentí bien cuidado. El lugar en sí es hermoso, limpio y enseguida se siente como un hogar.
Las tareas fueron fáciles de gestionar, dejando mucho tiempo para explorar Ella y conectarme con el lugar. Estaré siempre agradecido por esta experiencia tan especial.

Tuve una experiencia increíble en el hostal. El personal fue increíblemente amable, la comida fue excelente y las habitaciones eran hermosas y cómodas. Realmente me encantó enseñar yoga aquí; fue una maravillosa forma de conectarme con otros viajeros. ¡Recomendaría encarecidamente esta experiencia de voluntariado a todos!

Una de las mejores experiencias de voluntariado que he tenido. Me dio muchísima tristeza irme… 🙏🏽 todos aquí son increíbles y tan trabajadores con los corazones más grandes. Esta experiencia llenó mi corazón por completo ❤️ También siento que me ayudó a crecer como instructor de yoga. Enseñar dos clases al día y manejar las redes sociales fue muy gratificante y muy divertido y también pude aprender y practicar mi Sinhala! 🙏🏽 las vistas, la comida, las personas… muchísimas gracias por esta oportunidad… Los extraño mucho 💕 Stuti malis 🙏🏽

Tuve una experiencia increíble en WildBee, el equipo es increíble y realmente amable, siempre cuidaron de mí, me sentí muy bienvenido(a) y me hicieron sentir como en casa. Las habitaciones son extremadamente bonitas, super limpias y con una vista impresionante. Mis tareas fueron como se describió, enseñar yoga por la mañana y por la tarde, dos clases al día, y también hice un poco de redes sociales durante las mañanas. No puedo ni expresar con palabras lo excelente que es su comida; me encantó cada plato, también sus cenas familiares con comida de Sri Lanka fueron las mejores. Muy agradecido(a) por la oportunidad dada. Nos vemos pronto. 🥰

I had a lovely time volunteering at the hostel! I taught 8am and 5pm classes and made social media posts for the cafe. Everyone was super chill and made sure I felt at home from the very beginning. It's a nice spot to relax at, and the sunrise hike was worth the early morning for sure.

Volunteering as a yoga teacher at the hostel was perfect in every little detail. The place is just stunning and all the staff is so nice and joyful that I felt like home really quick. Each one with his own personality making a perfect combo and chill vibe to be around. I bring them all close to my heart now 🫶🏻 Miss you all!!! About the yoga teaching I was able to improve so much my skills as a teacher with two classes a day in that perfect scenario ✨ Teaching yoga, amazing food, adventures around and memorable connections - um million stars for this experience 🤍

I had an amazing volunteering experience at the hostel in Ella! Sumudu (Sam), the owner, is incredibly kind and generous, always making sure I had everything I needed. Ruwi welcomed me warmly and made me feel right at home. I helped as a yoga teacher, social media promoter, and breakfast server, and the super cool dorms made travelers extend their stays. The staff took great care of me with delicious food. This is one of Ella's most talked-about hostels, and it truly felt like a home away from home! Highly recommend!

Beautiful location, great for short stays but serious health concerns for volunteers. I got sick from a moldy, unventilated bathroom - unsafe for longer stays. I asked to move to a ventilated dorm and even offered to pay the cost difference, but the owner dismissed it with just “no sorry,” refusing to take my call during an emergency. I felt uncared for. I was even removed from the hostel's community chat after, which made it harder to reorganize the rest of my trip as a solo traveller. Poor communication & collab skills, a lack of care 4 health make it unsuitable 4 volunteering unfortunately

Nuestra experiencia con esta profesora de yoga no fue positiva. Ella fue poco comunicativa, hizo demandas irrazonables (incluida la insistencia en un dormitorio de lujo debido a afirmaciones de salud no verificadas), y creó malestar entre el personal y los voluntarios. The team at the hostel are so kind and helpful. I felt very respected and looked after during my time here. The hostel is amazing, the beds are so comfy, the food is wonderful, everything is so clean and the yoga space is dreamy. Ella is a great spot to take a bit more time in and is a great place to relax during your travels!
