Volunteering at the hostel was a wonderful social experience with a truly diverse and colorful group of travelers! Even when I felt a bit overflowing by some of the guests, Tamara trusts you and is very understanding! As for the work, it goes by pretty simple if you're self-reliant and take things step by step, because the hostel become dirty quickly. When it comes to days off, Tamara and Sébastien are very flexible. The communication by message with Tamara is very easy and her or Sebastian are always available if any issues come up. Thanks to them, good memories in Belgrade ❤️
