Nous sommes un groupe d'âmes dédiées au mouvement régénérateur international et à l'amélioration permanente de l'environnement naturel et de la coopération humaine.

Alma com Alma est une Association de personnes qui ont l'appel de vivre une vie qui donne plus que ce qu'elle prend. Des personnes qui se réunissent pour comprendre comment vivre une vie plus équilibrée, éventuellement hors réseau, en contact étroit avec la Nature, pour la Nature et depuis la Nature. Alma com Alma est ancrée dans une ferme de retraite écologique à Aljezur qui accueille ceux qui cherchent une rencontre rapprochée avec les éléments de la Nature.

Sur un terrain de 45 hectares, Alma com Alma est un laboratoire d'Agroécologie et d'enracinement humain. Nous investiguons, expérimentons et construisons des connaissances qui inspirent et rééduquent nos associés pour une vie régénératrice pour une Nature prospère.

VISION

Nous avons une vision d'une Planète qui maintient une coexistence équilibrée entre tous les êtres. Une existence dans laquelle les humains vivent en harmonie avec les éléments naturels et connectés à leur source naturelle de bonheur. Une connexion fondée sur l'amour, la compréhension, l'abondance et la simplicité.

MISSION

Nous comprenons que la relation entre les Humains et la Nature est profondément déséquilibrée mais il existe des moyens de sortir.

À partir de cette intuition, notre mission est de développer et partager des connaissances qui inspirent et permettent aux personnes d'avoir une vie régénératrice, prospère et significative, qui ramènera l'équilibre individuel et collectif.

Nous pensons que cette voie est basée sur la compréhension de l'intégralité et des relations collectif-individuel et spirituel-matériel, dans lesquelles la conscience de soi personnelle, le savoir ancestral et les pratiques agroécologiques communautaires sont bien intégrés.

Nous voulons atteindre nos objectifs en maintenant un espace en changement permanent, intégrant la diversité et générant la réalité dans laquelle nous voulons vivre, un endroit qui donne le bon exemple et inspire les gens.

We live in a farm that has wild forest, agricultural land and a community of people focused on living closer to their natural source. We are reeducating ourselves to live a regenerative life. Everyday we learn something new out of our process of experimentation to make everything more simple.

In this process, we have several areas of teaching & learning on the job, in which our members can participate.

People should be expected to be treated with care, everyone has the potential to become Family.

Forestry, Food gardening and animal care.

We are located in a 45 hectare land with all five zones of a Permaculture Farm. We have food gardens to be nurtured, wild and productive forests to be managed under the permaculture guidelines and several farm animals to be cared for.

Community living

We are a permanent group of at least 10 people working and helping on the Association activities. Cooking, cleaning and general community living is a central experience for those that want to come for a longer period of time that involves staying at least one month. Everyone that comes to participate in the Association has the amazing opportunity to meet people from all over the world, enjoy the natural landscape of the farm and explore the world-class coast and beaches of Southwest Portugal.

Courses and Retreats.

We hold several courses and retreats, organised by ourselves or in partnership. Affiliates can help out in the organisation and management of these events or they can propose to create one for the association.

Natural Building and off-grid general maintenance.

We are totally off-grid, in terms of water and electricity. This means we are independent from any company supplying these basic commodities. All our constructions are natural buildings or involve the usage of ecological and sustainable materials. Affiliates can come to join in rehabilitation, construction or maintenance events, some of this in the form of formal courses or just in the course of the Association daily activity.

We are weekly organised by areas and tasks, so we all can flow with good speed and grace ;)

*** Between early January and May 2025, we are looking for carpenters, masons, painters and wood sculptors, to continue the work in the community village, finishing building a wooden house for the team, and setup a big garden pond to introduce ducks in our food garden system 🪚🧱🪵 🦆💦
We are also looking for help in the kitchen to cook for the community and people with experience to help out in the Forest maintenance and Food Gardens.
