Détails du programme
Join our kite school in Kenya Diani beach and become part of a vibrant beach community. As a Front Desk Host, you will be at the center of daily life at the school, helping to organize lessons, welcome guests and support our team of instructors.
This program is designed for people who enjoy working with others, staying organized and being part of a fast-moving outdoor environment. You will gain hands-on experience in hospitality, sports tourism and school management while living by the sea in one of the best kitesurfing destinations in Africa.
You will work closely with the owner and instructors, learning how a kite school operates behind the scenes — from scheduling lessons and managing bookings to handling guests and responding to changing wind and weather conditions. Every day is different, and your role is essential to keeping everything running smoothly.
In return, you will receive accommodation, the chance to experience life in Tarifa, and the opportunity to learn about kitesurfing while being part of the community.
