Je me suis beaucoup amusé pendant ma semaine à la maison. La famille était très accueillante et a encouragé l'intégration et l'implication. Il est très clair que Faye et la famille se soucient que les invités aient une bonne expérience, ce qui était agréable. Faye a aussi été très flexible face à mes demandes aléatoires. Vraiment une semaine mémorable. La nourriture était aussi très nutritive et délicieuse. L'aménagement du couchage n'était pas extrêmement confortable mais je crois que c'était un cas isolé, car ils donnent habituellement aux bénévoles une chambre privée. J'étais là pour une fête en faisant de la photographie, donc la maison était pleine. Dans l'ensemble, c'était génial !

Faye était une hôtesse incroyable et a une famille merveilleuse. Ma chambre d'amis était agréable et j'attendais toujours avec impatience de partager le dîner avec tout le monde. Le travail était juste, parfois même agréable, sans réelle hâte de terminer rapidement. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai passé un excellent moment et je suis reconnaissant pour cette expérience.

Mon expérience à la maison a été très spéciale. J\'ai passé deux semaines merveilleuses à apprendre tant de choses sur le jardinage, à me reconnecter avec la nature et à avoir de merveilleuses conversations. Faye et les filles sont très accueillantes. Elle a été une hôtesse très serviable et les dîners étaient délicieux et amusants !

J’ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour ici; Faye est une excellente hôtesse, elle est vraiment organisée et communicative! J’ai apprécié nos conversations, toujours beaucoup de rires et j ai beaucoup appris. L’emplacement de la maison est excellent, c’est juste à côté du centre du village (Samadet), qui est bien petit mais il a l’essentiel: un supermarché, quelques restaurants, quelques boulangeries, etc., et il est à seulement environ 15 minutes à pied, encore plus rapide à vélo.

L'expérience a été fantastique, Faye était une hôtesse incroyable. Le travail était très bien organisé et il y avait toujours beaucoup de nourriture disponible. Je le recommanderais sans hésitation, surtout comme première expérience Worldpackers.

My time at the home Duveilla was wonderful! Faye and her family are the kindest souls who make you feel at home instantly! The tasks are very well explained and the work is difficult but rewarding. When the weather allows, there is some nice scenery for bike rides and the games room offers a space for volunteers to play ping pong or darts. I especially enjoyed the home cooked meals and the comforting albeit slightly crazy family dinners! Thank you for such an amazing time at the home, I highly recommend :))

Faye and her family were wonderful hosts! Faye explained how she wanted each task to be done at the beginning of the day and if I had any questions she was always willing to answer. Since some days the tasks were very quick to complete I would help another volunteer so we could finish them quickly and enjoy the free time. I loved all the time I spent at the home: working, petting Scratchy, riding the bike around the little town, having dinner together and chatting and then learning to play chess in the games room!!

I've spent really good time in the home! Faye is a wonderful warm person. All the tasks were well organized and instructions very clear. Food and accommodation were absolutely great. Each day we had dinner together and it was delicious and nutritious. There is a gameroom available for volunteers so we could spend our free time playing ping pong or darts which was fun. Its the perfect place to relax slow down and spend long lazy days out in the sun surrounded by nature. There wasn't really much more to do besides bike rides or reading which for more than 3 weeks could get a bit boring.

Me encantó mucho el tiempo que tuve aunque fue corto, disfruté mucho con mis otros compañeros y con Faye durante las cenas en la mesa grande. Aprendí mucho sobre los demás y logré desconectar que era algo que yo venía buscando. Gracias por todo.

I had a really nice time at the home. The house is full of charm and the surrounding nature quite peaceful. Faye is a great host, very attentive and respectful. I especially appreciated her cooking vegetarian variations of dinner for me every day. Work is clearly structured, everybody gets their own to-do list, which is is nice because it allows for clear communication and flexibility regarding working hours. At the same time it could make the experience feel a little too transactional at times. Although that is surely just a matter of personal preference. Overall big recommendation :)
