I really enjoyed my time here! The hosts and the rest of the team were all very friendly and welcoming. The work is 4-5 hours in the morning starting at 9am. It is very easy and can vary which was nice. The lunches were always amazing. The town is very small but it does still get busy in the summer and they have events on. With only 1 day off per week it doesn't give you much time to explore other places, so if staying in a small town and mostly just going to the beach in your free time is what you're looking for then this is perfect.

I had a lovely time collaborating at the hostel, everyone from the family and staff was welcoming and friendly from day one, It was wondertul the opportunity to get along with the other volunteers there and explore the small town and areas nearby, plus the work was easy and most of the days we finished one hour earlier. Definitely recommend if having a few days to chill in a small town is your vibe.

Mi experiencia aquí ha sido perfecta, el equipo de trabajo y el ambiente familiar en casa de Milka lo he disfrutado mucho. El trato de Javi desde el principio y durante la estancia. Realmente muy hermoso compartir tiempo con personas tan lindas y divertidas. Lo super recomiendo! Pakoštane es un pueblo muy hermoso con mucha naturaleza que apreciar. Sin duda volveré aquí, los voy a extrañar 😃🫶

Minha experiência foi mais que incrível! Mesmo depois de tantos voluntariados esse foi um dos melhores <3 Por ser baixa temporada o trabalho era muito tranquilo, a familia de Milka e os staffs Reyna e Javier foram maravilhosos e super acolhedores o tempo todo. A vila é pequena e um pouco parada, para quem busca tranquilidade é o lugar ideal e também é de uma beleza de tirar o fôlego! Super recomendo, principalmente na baixa temporada, onde se pode explorar os arredores sem muitos turistas. Ja sinto falta e com toda certeza quero voltar❤️

Fue mi primer voluntariado y en realidad cumplió mis expectativas, desde el recibimiento puedes sentir las buenas vibras del equipo, agradezco a Milka, Lore, Reyna, Javier, Tita, Raiku y Alex, por todo su acompañamiento durante mis 4 semanas, son grandísimas personas. Los horarios se cumplen al 100%, las actividades son sencillas, Pakostane es pequeño pero muy lindo, en diciembre es muy tranquilo pero en verano es todo lo contrario, por los comentarios de los anfitriones. Recomiendo totalmente vivir un voluntariado aquí, espero regresar en algún verano. Gracias! :)

En general, la experiencia fue buena. El equipo es muy cálido y te integran como parte de la familia. El pueblo es tranquilo, ideal para desconectar. Las tareas son variadas y los horarios se respetan. A veces se nota algo de desorganización, ya que suele faltar claridad sobre qué hacer o qué sigue después. El alojamiento no es como en las fotos, lo cual estaría bueno aclarar. De igual forma la pase genial con las otras voluntarias y staff, me llevo lindos momentos, aunque hay aspectos que podrían mejorar.

Pakostane es un lugar muy hermoso y tranquilo (cuando no están en temporada) Toda la familia de Milka fue muy gentil y amable. Yo apliqué para hacer ayudar en construcción y jardinería pero algunos días ayude también en limpieza, los horarios de trabajo siempre se respetaron y eran claros :) La única sugerencia sería actualizar las fotos del hostel a unas más recientes

I loved my time volunteering in Pakoštane! The staff were so friendly and supportive. They work with lots of volunteer so they understood my needs and I felt comfortable asking for help if I needed it. Since it was off season, the work was pretty easy and never went past the agreed 5 hours. A delicious lunch was provided everyday. My accomodation was clean and comfortable. The town itself is quite small. Very safe but not much to do. The beaches are beautiful, though and it's easy to take a bus to a nearby town. I would highly recommend this to any volunteer!

This experience was seriously 5/5 All of the staff are very welcoming and accommodating and if you'd like to try other tasks as well just ask! We did cooking, cleaning, gardening, and some sign creations and had an insanely good time doing it. The nature is gorgeous and it's a quaint town to be in. The accommodation is a basic bed and living room area for the travelers but they have an awesome net bedding outside on the roof that I hung out on a lot. Highly recommend

Great! This was my first Worldpackers and everything went great, starting from when I got accepted. We started talking right away and I received all the support I needed to reach the city. The living conditions are basic, great for community building and covering our needs. The tasks I got were diverse, as we agreed from the beginning, a bit of cooking and housekeeping, with great support from everyone working there. They were extremely kind and understandable, you'll get to meet a whole international community there, so open to talk about their culture and get to know yours. Thank you all!!!
