J’ai été accueilli par une famille très aimable et charmante qui m’a montré des lieux incroyables et j’ai passé un super moment avec eux. Nous avons pu partager beaucoup de choses différentes et nous avons beaucoup ri ensemble. Les enfants à l’école étaient également très assidus et j’espère pouvoir leur enseigner certaines choses dont ils se souviennent encore😂. La nourriture était délicieuse et j’ai eu une belle chambre.
Je recommanderais de venir ici si vous voulez aider les enfants et vivre une expérience incroyable avec une famille masaï.

I spent a total of 3 weeks with this lovely family and also taught in the baby class every morning. Teaching the babies was really heartwarming and a wonderful experience. The babies don't speak English yet, which makes the experience even more special—though it's not always easy. But the best part is living with a local family and truly experiencing Tanzanian culture—cooking together, doing laundry, playing, going on outings, and so on. It was an unforgettable experience, and I've grown so fond of the family.

Our time with Careen and her family was really nice. From the first day we felt like home. Her sisters Rachel and Salma provided a lot of healthy vegetarian food, we could cook with them, go on trips together, sing in the evening or watch movies in the living room. Careen took very good care of us and we gained a real friend with her. The work in the little nursery school next door was enjoyable. The kids are super cute and cuddly and we taught them some English, played sports games, sang songs and helped with exams. The area feels a bit local at the beginning but is very safe.

Nous avons vécu une expérience merveilleuse en accueillant Till et Anne. Dès le début, ils étaient amicaux, respectueux et très faciles à vivre. Ils se sont rapidement adaptés à notre routine et ont toujours été prêts à aider partout où cela était nécessaire.
Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié, c'est la façon dont ils se sont connectés avec tout le monde, pas seulement en tant que bénévoles, mais comme faisant partie de notre famille. Leur énergie positive, leur gentillesse et leur esprit d'équipe ont fait une grande différence dans nos activités quotidiennes.
Je les recommanderais à n'importe quel hôte; vous aurez la chance de les avoir.

It's a very friendly family in which I quickly felt at home. They are very open minded and interested in me and my culture. They took me everywhere and showed me their culture. I learned some Swahili and we went on many different trips together, which I wouldn't have been able to do on my own, even though I like to travel more alone. I hope to stay in touch for a long time and come back. The time at school was also an interesting experience and I was able to provide information. I would recommend this stay if you don't dare to travel alone but want to experience a lot of their culture.
