The hostel in Torre del Colle is a magical place full of history, tucked away from the rest of the world. It's isolated (usually no public transport nearby, so going to the store means a walk to Bevagna), but that's part of what makes it so special. I came during low season and it was so peaceful, plenty of free time to read and focus on personal projects. The environment was friendly and relaxed, we just helped out whenever needed and there was always someone ready to give a hand. Muchas gracias, Edwin, Duilio, y Javito. ¡Viva Argentalia!

My experience at the hostel Assisi Old Town was incredible. They made me feel at home from the very first second, with a warm welcome and a very light and carefree moments. All the staff and volunteers became like family, and I was able to spend moments that will certainly stay with me for the rest of my life. I would like to give special thanks to Edwin, Virgilio, Costanza, and Angelo for making this an incredible experience. May other volunteers have the same luck with you!!!

I had a wonderful experience here! ❤️ The hostel has amazing and comfortable common areas, a games room, TV room, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of space to relax and meet other travelers. The location is perfect, and Assisi is such a beautiful and special city. But what made my experience truly unforgettable was the wonderful team. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. I'm incredibly grateful for all the moments and memories I made here. I will definitely miss this place and, especially, all of you! Thank you for everything! ❤️✨

Recomendo muito o hostel e a equipe, minha experiência nao poderia ter sido melhor! As instalações sao ótimas, tudo é muito limpo, o café da manhã é excelente, a equipe de staff é incrível e investe em promover momentos de socialização entre guests e voluntários! O horário e as atividades de trabalho são muito tranquilas. O hostel localiza-se dentro da cidade murada medieval de Assisi, que é um lugar deslumbrante, mas pequeno e calmo. Constanza, Ângelo, Duilio, Virgílio e Ed, obrigada por tudo! Vou sentir muita falta de todos!

El hostel ha sido como una casa para mí: desde el primer día me sentí acogido y todo el equipo me ayudó muchísimo. Tanto el equipo como el lugar son preciosos: el equipo, porque en el hostel siempre trabajamos juntos, nos ayudamos y disfrutamos juntos; y el lugar también es único. Me ha inspirado tanto por la belleza de sus paisajes como por la tranquilidad que se respira en Torre del Colle. Es una verdadera joya en una región muy subestimada: Umbría. Me gustaría agradecer de corazón al equipo y a todos los voluntarios que han estado conmigo durante esta experiencia.

My experience was very good, the possibility to get to know the region of Perugia while staying in this volunteering program is great! Perugia is one of the beautiful regions I have ever been so far. I also highly recommend this volunteering program!

Absolutely loved my time here!! Everyone was incredibly nice and thoughtful, even hosting things with staff/volunteer members such as game or movie night. Volunteer shift times were very equal & formally done with a lot to do so was a good work/free time balance. ,in Assisi there was so much to explore in free time outside of volunteer work, truly would come again! Thanks to everyone I had met

I had an amazing time at the hostel, I felt super welcome by Edwin and the volunteer team from day 1! I felt immediately comfortable and we started 3 weeks of permanent fun! I got to know Duilio and Javito better (boss & friend) after a few days and loved them too! Period of low activity in Bevagna while they were working hard on opening a 2nd hostel in Assisi: I had to be more autonomous on our tasks at first and the manager(s) weren't fussy about details, so I could learn slowly and more relaxed. Great environment: separate house w/ volunteers and swimming pool! Very remote: best w/ car!

Ho trascorso un bellissimo periodo al l'l'l'ostello e sono davvero grato per tutte le esperienze lì! I compiti sono stati spiegati bene e il lavoro con gli altri volontari era molto divertente. Un posto magico a causa della storia tangibile. Un grande ringraziamento anche a Edwin, che incarna lo spirito del posto ed è sempre pronto ad aiutare con consigli e azioni concrete. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Es un lugar precioso, con un equipo muy acogedor. Es cierto que está un poco alejado de todo y, por ejemplo, los supermercados están un poco lejos si no tienes coche. Pero esa también es la gracia del sitio. Si buscas un sitio donde conectar con la naturaleza, es ideal! Las tareas no se hacían pesadas para nada y había muchos instrumentos musicales para pasar el rato y para compartir música con los otros voluntarios :)
