I spend 3 weeks at the farm and I truly enjoyed my time here. All the staff members are caring, motivated to teach and to meet new volunteers. The accomodation is really nice, the view outside is stunning , and the food is delicious (especially the Dhal Bat)!

Emeline a toutes les qualités que nous pouvons souhaiter pour une hôtesse. Passionnée par la culture, par la langue et par la rencontre avec les habitants locaux. Son approche a créé un excellent échange culturel pour nous tous.
Son intérêt pour l'agriculture et son dévouement au travail rendent ce temps productif et riche d'apprentissage. Nous apprécions également l'aide aimable pour les tâches ménagères, même en dehors des horaires de travail.

I had an amazing time at the farm. Deepa and the staff took really good care of me. I had some issues with the food, and they tried their best to help me with this situation. Regarding the job, it took a few days to break the ice with the guys with whom I was working with (since I was the only volunteer for a couple of days) but it was a great opportunity to get to know each other better. The job in the farm was mainly physical: helping to build a wall, watering plants, etc. I really enjoyed it! I would recommend 100% the farm to anyone!

J'ai été loin de la ferme pendant cette période et je n'ai pas pu rencontrer Carme en personne, mais tous les autres confirment que Carme est une personne très sympathique, serviable, compréhensive, calme et facile à héberger. Elle est une voyageuse expérimentée et elle s'est adaptée très rapidement et facilement à notre environnement local et aux routines de la ferme.

The best thing about the volunteer was meeting the nice people who are behind the farm, they are super nice and kind. The work was hard, cutting grass for hours and several days becomes an exhausting task, due to the moonson season there was no coffee to harvest, only composting, collecting grass and cutting grass. The experience would be different if you visit the farm when it is your turn to help with the coffee. Even so, volunteering was very pleasant, I learned so much and above all to value the work of the people who work the land, my admiration for them.

Vous avez parfaitement raison, la tonte du gazon et la fabrication de compost sont un travail difficile et nous ne nous attendons pas à ce que les bénévoles puissent travailler aussi dur que les locaux. Tant que le bénévole se concentre sur le travail, il peut travailler à son propre rythme. Si trop de jours d'affilée sont trop difficiles, il est possible d'ajuster vos jours de repos.
Nous conseillerons aux bénévoles arrivant pendant la saison des pluies de lire les informations mises à jour sur le travail pendant la saison des pluies, sur notre site Web.

I had a really good time here at the farm and it was nice to get some extra grass cutting skills. The farm it self is super beautiful. It is nice to see how everything grows and what it all takes to grow things. Deepa felt like a mom, her hospitality was on point! Also the rest of the team was very welcoming. Tougher with the other volunteers it felt as a big familie!

Mei-lin est très facile à héberger, toujours prête et bien préparée pour aider dans toutes les tâches différentes à la ferme. Elle n'a pas peur d'essayer de nouvelles choses et s'est attaquée à des tâches comme couper l'herbe avec une faucille, le paillage, le soin des arbres, retourner le compost, trier le café et plus encore. Tout s'est très bien passé. Sa gentillesse et son attitude, qu'elle est très ouverte et amicale, très curieuse et intéressée par la culture locale ici, nous ont permis de passer un excellent moment et un échange merveilleux.

First of all I would like to say thank to Worldpackers to give a opportunity to see the world In different ways that what I have seen before. So the the farm is was incredible and fantastic atmosphere the people in the farm was very nice the Owner Thomas and the employees there are so nice the work here it was perfect sometimes hard work sometimes chill and relax also the view here is amazing and I had met another volunteers there very incredible people I had learned a lot so grateful to choose here for my first time Volunteers .

Pod est resté avec nous en octobre dans le cadre de notre programme "étude", travaillant 3 heures par jour et étudiant le reste du temps.
Pod est une personne extrêmement facile à avoir autour, car il est très aimable, calme, honnête, poli et fera tout travail qui lui sera confié sans hésitation.
C'était un grand plaisir de nous accueillir à la ferme, Pod. Nous avons également eu un merveilleux échange culturel, apprenant beaucoup sur la Thaïlande. Pod est un professeur d'anglais en herbe, un plongeur certifié et un excellent joueur d'échecs !
Lors de ses derniers jours, il a fait du bénévolat dans le monastère voisin, enseignant les sports et parlant de l'océan, du monde sous-marin, aux étudiants moines qui s'y trouvaient.

I spent 2 wonderful weeks in the farm. Thomas, Deepa, and all the others on the farm were more than welcoming and made me feel at home from the moment I stepped into the village and farm. I was surrounded by the nicest bunch of people all throughout my volunteering experience, learned a lot about nature and plants on the farm and around the area, and was able to truly experience and learn about Nepali culture and customs. Ruta est une volontaire expérimentée et elle s'est très rapidement et en douceur intégrée à nos routines.
Elle s'essayait à n'importe quelle tâche qui lui était confiée. Couper l'herbe, désherber, pailler, nourrir les plantes, trier le café, cueillir et traiter l'hibiscus faisaient partie des travaux qu'elle accomplissait.
Ruta est sociable, aimable et sympathique, et nous avons également vécu un échange culturel unique découvrant la culture lettone.
Le dernier jour, elle nous a fait une grande surprise en présentant une vidéo vraiment sympa de la ferme et de la vie ici.

My hurt will always be in this place.They are really nice and you will feel always at home and part of the family.Thomas always sharing his knowledge and experiences with you and deepa will always check up on you if you need anything and they both will show up always at the right time.I really enjoyed every minute in this place. While working with amazing mountains and greens views.the work is straightforward and easy, and also many things to do and to learn.There's an amazing waterfall 1 minute away and of course hiking with Beemal was just amazing.The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfy.

Azem est un vrai gentleman et c'est un plaisir de l'accueillir. Il est toujours prêt et bien préparé pour aider de toutes les manières.
Il a abordé les tâches qui lui ont été confiées ici avec une curiosité et une détermination enthousiastes. Coupant l'herbe avec une faucille, désherbage, gestion du compost, tri du café, photographie d'événements, aide à la maison, ont été quelques-unes des choses qu'il a faites.
Il est très amical, sociable et doué pour raconter des histoires de sa vie et de sa terre natale, et nous avons eu un excellent échange professionnel et culturel.

Amazing experience! Great place & neighborhood very safe and beautiful. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. Thomas always sharing his interesting knowledge. Deepa makes delicious food and always makes sure you're okay. Beemal took us hiking it was great. Comfortable and make you feel at home like you're part of the family. Incredible views!! Stayed for a short time because I also wanted to visit other places in Nepal and you were very understanding and encouraged me to discover more things. The work is a bit hard at the beginning but gets easier as you get used to it. Very kind and good people.

Mariam est venue de l'Égypte pour faire du bénévolat avec nous. C'est une femme extrêmement aimable, douce et serviable. Bien qu'elle soit une voyageuse expérimentée, c'était sa première visite en Asie, et l'environnement ici était tout nouveau pour elle. Mais elle s'est lancée et a essayé tous les travaux que nous avions disponibles. Couper l'herbe, faire du compost, planter et entretenir les plantes, trier le café vert faisaient partie des tâches qu'elle a effectuées. Merci beaucoup pour votre contribution ici, Mariam. The farm was my first Worldpackers trip and to say it was amazing would be an understatement. Thomas and Deepa were extremely warm and welcoming and as long as you were willng to learn they were willing to teach. We spent our days drinking tea & coffee, practicing nepali, learning about the culutre and were spoiled with a beautiful view of the mountains after a day of hard work. I had so much fun! It truly was a great experience. Would definitely recommend this to anyone (really anyone) who needs a break from hectic city life/ touristy spots &/ is interested in permaculture :D <3

The experience at the farm was really amazing. From day 1 to the last day we felt at home! We learned a lot about permaculture, composting, all the processes that are involved in the planting, care, and harvesting of coffee, and even how to roast and taste the amazing coffee they have on the farm! We were also able to get involved and experience Nepalese mountain life, their festivals, and the opportunity to meet and share with the beautiful local people. We are tremendously happy with the experience and would 100% recommend the experience to anyone!

Valentina et Javier sont extrêmement utiles et aimables et très compréhensifs face à nos défis. En restant avec nous pendant six semaines, nous avons eu l'occasion d'explorer et d'échanger beaucoup de choses. Ils sont très proactifs; ils ont observé des arbres et identifié des problèmes de champignons et d'insectes, et ont trouvé des solutions grâce à la recherche.
Ils ont géré le travail de coupe de l'herbe avec la faucille et de fabrication de compost avec énergie et curiosité. Ils ont consacré bien plus de temps que prévu. Ils nous ont aidés à mettre en place notre site biloba organic. Nous avons fait le broyage du café, le tri, la torréfaction, des expériences et des dégustations.
Une brillante expérience d'échange culturel et d'apprentissage mutuel à son meilleur.
