Je suis incroyablement reconnaissant pour les semaines que j\'ai passées chez Carmelo, Liliane et Lorenzo. Ils m\'ont inclus dans tout, ce qui m\'a fait sentir comme faisant partie de la famille, mais cela m\'a aussi donné la chance de vraiment vivre comme un local: j\'ai pu profiter d\'autant de nourriture incroyable, visiter des villages charmants et même apprendre un peu d\'italien. Dans l\'ensemble, ce furent des semaines fantastiques avec des gens adorables. Merci mille fois!

Anais était une merveilleuse bénévole au Shauri Glamping. Joyeuse et toujours souriante, elle est réellement devenue partie de notre famille. Elle a effectué des tâches de maintenance et de peinture avec soin et a beaucoup aidé à l’assistance des invités et à la mise en place des chambres. Elle adore le café et les bonbons sans sucre, et se joignait souvent à nous sur le canapé pour jouer au Sudoku ou à des jeux de société, rendant nos après-midis détendus et agréables. Nous la recommandons chaleureusement à tout hôte !

This was my first volunteering experience and it couldn't have been better. Carmelo, Liliana and Lorenzo were so welcoming and made me feel at home right away. They were always kind and flexible, helping me with rides when I needed and teaching me new things, especially in the kitchen. the camping site is stunning, surrounded by nature and the perfect place to relax and enjoy Sicily. I'm very grateful for my time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering volunteering.

I'm soo thankful for the time I had at the camping! Carmelo, Liliana and Lorenzo feel like a second family and teached me so much (I will definitely make pasta alla norma and tiramisu again ;) I really enjoyed my time there and I will definitely come back! :) Grazie mille per il tempo meraviglioso!

I had the most incredible month staying at the camping with Carmelo, Lilliana and Lorenzo. The experience was so enjoyable, a beautiful place to enjoy nature, and learn about local Sicilian culture. I am so grateful for my Italian family for welcoming me into their home — it was sad to leave but it was a “see you soon!” I will be back for sure! First experience as a world packer.. I enjoyed it a lot, helping Carmelo for a couple of hours in the morning, then having a delicious lunch, and after that I had the whole day to go out and explore or just relax and enjoy nature , they were all very nice, and I felt comfortable at their place. I tried delicious and authentic Italian food, my favorite meal was Pasta a la Norma, I also loved homemade gelato. I felt like part of the family. I absolutely loved the experience!

Amazing experience with an AMAZING host family! I spent the mornings working with Carmelo, sometimes making beds in tents but mostly doing odd jobs around the house (I came before the busy part of the season). After lunch I had time to relax and enjoy nature. They made it very easy for me to get to town and back home, they are flexible with drop off/pick up times in Noto on days off. They suggested places to visit in near by towns which I found very helpful. My bedroom was comfortable and private, separate from the main house. Great place if you are looking to reconnect with nature.

Spend an incredible weeks with Carmelo, Liliana and Lorenzo, they made me feel part of their family from the first moment. The mornings of work and Heat are enjoyable with Carmelo, and in a couple of hours you have the day free to enjoy the nature and tranquility of the place, I also visited beautiful places and I had the opportunity thanks to Carmelo to eat delicious typical Sicilian food !! Without a doubt an incredible experience and very grateful to them. ❤️

Alba, une invitée charmante d'Espagne, a récemment passé 2 semaines avec nous, et ce fut un plaisir de l'avoir parmi notre glamping. Elle a abordé chaque tâche avec une attitude joyeuse, ce qui a été grandement apprécié et a rendu notre routine quotidienne plus fluide.
