Raul really cares about his volunteers and does his best to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The work is more than fair for what you receive in exchange and the tasks change from day to day so there's never a dull moment! You can really feel his passion for the project and there is for sure a community atmosphere there already. I would love to return some day and I can't recommend the experience enough 🫶🏻💗

This experience was wonderful. Raul is a wonderful host, he goes out of his way to ensure his volunteers are comfortable both emotionally and physically. The facilities at the volunteer house are brilliant - you even get a pool! Raul clearly loves his dogs and has a big heart. I fully recommend this experience to other the shelter lovers.
