It was my first volunteering and I had the best experience, the place is beautiful, right in front of the beach, with a lot of nature and a fantastic view of Etna. Margherita is very nice, she made me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay, the tasks were clear, basically cleaning, gardening and walking Dudu, that I enjoyed a lot, and the hours were respected. I also had a tamburello and tarantella class that were very fun, and I have been invited to some lovely meals with local friends. I highly recommend this great experience and hope to come back again.

Pour moi, cette expérience a été incroyable ! Marguerita est une belle personne, toujours attentive et soucieuse que tout se passe bien, l'endroit est très beau avec la mer devant et l'Etna derrière, où le paysage avec le vert se savoure vraiment. J'ai rencontré des gens très doux et attentifs; Marguerita m'a initié aux traditions locales et j'ai découvert des lieux et des personnes très intéressantes qui, autrement, je ne pense pas avoir rencontrées de cette façon. Mes mishis me manquent et mes promenades matinales avec mon ami Dudu en regardant le lever du soleil, j'espère revenir bientôt !! Merci !!!!

Margarita est une grande personne et une grande artiste. Elle nous a rendus plus forts en tant que couple. Elle nous a fait sentir partie de sa culture, elle a pris soin de nous et nous a poussés à nous engager dans des causes qui nécessitaient du soutien pour pouvoir continuer debout plus forts que nous ne l'étions déjà. Si vous voulez aider Margarita dans son espace, faites-le; il y a une récompense personnelle. De mon côté, en tant qu'artiste, je me suis senti au cœur de son art qui offre à toute la communauté dans son beau centre culturel avec une énergie unique. L'espace et les activités sont merveilleux, tout comme son peuple. Il y a quelques événements dans la communauté. ♡ Grazie Margarit ♡

Before I went out, I thought I was just going to work and talk to some people. But I didn't expect to get such an experience. Shared dinners, hiking, beaching, camping, parties. I have never experienced such hospitality anywhere. Margharet is a fantastic woman. He radiates such strength, positivity and cheerfulness that those who are close to him also adopt this. His family is also wonderful and hospitable and their friends are there too, and of course my best four-legged friend Dudú :) This month will remain a defining part of my life, grazie mille di tutto e spero di rivedervi!

Este voluntariado ha sido una experiencia increíble para mi. El lugar es precioso, lleno de verde y árboles frente al mar. El espacio de alojamiento está muy bien, tienes tu trailer independiente y compartes baño y una cocina bien equipada. Las tareas son simples, Margherita es muy clara con lo que te pide hacer y respeta las horas de trabajo. Al ser una casa de huéspedes, cuando yo estuve siempre había gente de distintos paises con quienes compartir una charla o un café. Aprendí mucho de la cultura siciliana; música, costumbres, etc. gracias a Margherita :) Me encantó, quiero volver!

I had a beautiful experience, I thank Margherita for opening the doors of her home and sharing her talents with us. Take the dance and tamburello classes with Sicilian was incredible, I learned and enjoyed a lot. My mornings and afternoons walking Dudu were the best. I also had the opportunity to contribute with my art, designing visual graphics, videos, and updating their website, it was a pleasure! The other cleaning tasks were quiet perfect for have time to go to the beach, eat Granita, ice cream or pizza :). If you go in summer, consider that it is very hot. Grazie mile! torno presto ;)
