It was a wonderful experience; I lived with a truly good family in the village near the Ngong Hills. We did activities together every day, including preparing food, gardening, and more. The safehouse with the girls was amazing, the children are fantastic and very sweet. I would go again!

Roxanne de Grèce a été très gentille et aimante ; nous avons pu lui montrer notre communauté et l'avons emmenée aux Ngong Hills et elle a adoré, car notre école était fermée à l'époque. Elle a acheté les bijoux des veuves pour les aider à acheter de la nourriture. Nous allons te manquer.
Espagne
I stayed for 2 weeks with Jonathan and his family living at their house. I helped his wife with house work: cooking, laundry, cleaning, etc. They took me to some community meetings in which I met wonderful people and another volunteer. My last days I went to a school in which I could teach (English, Maths...) and here I met some people from Australia and USA. They also taught me many things about their culture and took me to do some tourism. I'm gonna miss so much this family!!

Raquel d'Espagne est restée chez moi et c'était une bénévole très gentille qui était prête à aider dans ma maison, dans mon village et dans notre école locale. Elle a pu prendre certains bijoux qui sont faits à la main par nos filles sauvées et par les veuves. Ma famille l'a beaucoup aimée et elle va nous manquer. Merci, Raquel, d'être restée avec nous.
