Mon expérience avec SPICE en Tanzanie a sans aucun doute été l'une des expériences les plus spéciales que j'ai vécues. Dès le premier instant, je me suis sentie très bien accueillie et accompagnée. Je me suis sentie en sécurité et comme chez moi, même à des milliers de kilomètres. Les habitants de Chamazi sont incroyablement proches, aimables et accueillants, et y vivre vous permet de connaître la Tanzanie d'une manière bien plus authentique que de voyager simplement en tant que touriste. Ce que je retiens le plus, ce sont les enfants. Pouvoir passer du temps avec eux, leur enseigner l'anglais et l'éducation. Ce sont des enfants pleins d'énergie, d'affection et de désir d'apprendre.

Our volunteering experience was amazing. From the start, we both felt really welcomed and comfortable. The whole vibe was so positive, and everyone was super friendly and supportive. The team made it a fun and easy-going experience, and we loved being part of such a great atmosphere. We definitely recommend this experience to anyone who wants to be part of a kind and upbeat community.

It was my first volunteer experience and the best life experience. I loved the school and the children. I was able to explore the city and do various activities. In addition to meeting local people, I also met people from other parts of the world from whom I learned a lot. I would love to return someday.

For my first solo trip, it was a great experience in Dar es Salaam, I met some great people and got to know Dar es Salaam as closely as possible to the local culture. Spice is very friendly and welcoming, and I'd advise you to communicate with him so he can help you to organize your trip as well as possible ! Working at the school, helping the young children and exchanging about our cultures was very cool... If you're a photographer or videographer, you're gonna love it, there are some really nice portraits to make and good memories to be created and shared ! Hakuna matata !

Spice a été vraiment aimable et accueillante. Je vous suggère de préciser clairement vos besoins et de vous mettre d'accord sur les horaires à l'avance. D'après mon expérience, les Tanzaniens ont tendance à suivre le mouvement plutôt que de tout planifier à l'avance, donc soyez simplement patient et maintenez une communication ouverte avec votre hôte. Les enfants étaient vraiment adorables et heureux, et c'était magnifique d'avoir l'occasion de passer du temps avec eux. Le seul inconvénient est que nous avons surtout passé du temps à jouer avec les enfants plutôt qu'à enseigner l'anglais.

La experiencia en este lugar fue horrible este hombre no está nada implicado con losniños aunque intente dar la imagen de que es todo lo contrario ,indiferencia absoluta y nada de implicación no te acompaña al lugar para explicarte nada ,intenta ligar contigo y hacer comentarios que te incomodan por que sólo quiere una novia blanca ,llego a decirme q su sueño era estar con una blanca ,cuando vas por la calle te deja atrás y a mi me agarraron hombres agresivamente estando con el y cuando se lo dije el se río en mi cara ,enserio no vayáis a este lugar si sois mujeres jóvenes y vais solas

I hade a rewarding experience in Tanzania, with great encounters and meaningful moments. Spice's welcome was warm, and I appreciated discovering the local culture through this mission. Some aspects of the experience did not fully match what was described in the listing, which was a bit unsettling. However, before I left, I had a discussion with Spice about it, and I truly appreciated his attentiveness and understanding. He was very open to the conversation and took my feedback into account to improve the experience for future volunteers.

It was my first time alone in Africa and I felt more than comfortable. Thank you to Hussein for making my stay so pleasant. He looked after us very well and just wanted the school be happy. Despite Ramadan, he did something amazing for us on the day of the meal. I could taste his love in the food. The rooms were very clean and we felt comfortable staying with Hussein. The children at school were very respectful and super nice. I miss you already. Thank you so much for the unforgettable time. Asante sana!!
