This experience was a bit disappointing for my first Worldpackers opportunity. While the host is nice and did communicate cleaning was a primary task, the opportunity was for a masseur to provide massage therapy services and there was no set up or system in place for that. No private room, no massage table and no established clientele. The expectation was for me to find my own clients and use a bed in a room across the street that host also owned. This room could be rented by other travelers at anytime. I communicated to the host that the situation was uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Moises is a super super nice person! He treats us like family, I felt like home. He cared a lot about our feelings, he hanged out with us, sometimes he even took us to the downtown …He prepared breakfast for volunteers every day, and it's very delicious!! The daily task is super easy, 1-3 hours only , he gave us enough time to enjoy the life in the hostel. So much so that I extended my stay here, I love the atmosphere here.He is not a host , he is more like friend and family member. I feel so lucky that I met him in the hostel, I had a super nice experience in the hostel. Muchas Gracias

I helped his small business and designing the website. I could work flexibly which was nice. He is so kind and helpful was way too nice sometimes. He shared breakfast which he cooks for his family which was amazing! Took the volunteers and some guest for dancing and great Taco places and also explained a lot about the culture. Totally enjoyed staying here.

Wowww, a home full of love far far away from Home. Mexican oaxacan culture best experienced side by side with our humble host. Moises was so adaptable with many possibilities of personal growth. We managed to host meditation classes, made Chi Nei Tsang, the ancient abdominal detox massage therapy work it's magic where so many local people accepted the cultural healing exchange with arms wide open. We explored great food options, ventured to learn salsa, answered all our questions patiently and always gave us the best recommendations for places to go. I shall be forever grateful.

Hours are short and work is very easy. You will have lots of time to explore around the hostel city which is 10-15 minutes walking distance from the hostel. Area is very nice and safe. The host is very hospitable and kind.

Nuestra experiencia con Moisés fue maravillosa. El hostal es súper acogedor y transmite una sensación de profunda serenidad. Moisés es una persona amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudarte. Siempre se ofreció a acompañarnos donde lo necesitáramos y está lleno de buenos consejos para dar. Nos sentimos acogidos y escuchados desde el primer momento. el trabajo a realizar es divertido con buena compañía y hay mucho tiempo libre para descubrir la ciudad. Un agradecimiento especial a las personas maravillosas que conocimos y el mayor agradecimiento a Moises y su corazón lleno de amor.

Mi estancia el lo hostal el hostel ha sido super positiva, lo hostal es muy lindo y tiene todo lo que nececitas ;) Ademas el dueño Moises es muy muy muy amble y te ayuda y apoya con todo. Los horarios son respetados y las tareas no son complicadas. Definitivamente una experiencia 100%, os consejo de pasar desde este increible hogar 😎

I loved staying here! I enjoyed it so much that I plan to come back in the future. The owner Mosis is so sweet and considerate. The work was easy, just worked a few hours a day and he's flexible with having days off. There's also three super cute cats in the garden and a nice terrace where you can get some sun!☀️☺️

Despues de estar en mayo, vuelvo otra vez a the hostel y sin pensarlo dos veces le hablo a Moi de nuevo para repetir la experiencia. Un anfitrion de 10. Super coordial y buena onda, solo te pone facilidades y el compromiso que te pide suele resultar menor que todo lo que te ofrece. Un lujo de voluntariado, volveria por tercera vez jjjjj
