J'ai passé un moment incroyable à faire du bénévolat ! J'ai eu l'occasion de rencontrer tellement de locaux et c'était vraiment comme chez moi. On m'a même permis de rester plus longtemps que prévu parce que j'avais passé un moment si incroyable. Le travail est juste et pas compliqué. J'ai adoré parler avec les gens pour les aider à améliorer leur anglais !

My experience was extremely positive. From the very first day, I was warmly welcomed and made to feel comfortable at all times. I had the opportunity to interact with the staff, which greatly enriched my stay. The facilities are pleasant, the food is of excellent quality, and the schedule was quite flexible. I highly recommend this volunteer program, as it provides safety, comfort, and a welcoming environment in every sense. Moreover, as a woman, I always felt secure and supported, and the accommodation provided contributed significantly to making my experience truly rewarding.

Truly Grateful 🤩🤩 An Amazing Expirence Beyond What I Imagined. Im honestly so grateful for this opportunity. I didn't come with any expectations, but this expirience ended up surprising me in the best way posible.💯💯 The hotel is super comfortable and beatuful, with many great facilities - including swimming pools, sauna, 🧖🏻gym, billiards room, and more. The working hours were very manageable and relaxed, which gave me time to enjoy everything the place has to offer. The food was another big highlight: even though the app mentions two meals, i actually received three delicious buffet meals!! 😃

I was accepted to volunteer in the hotel with very short notice and I had a very warm welcome from the staff who work in the hotel. They were flexible about work options and my preferred hours, and the work in the cafe was easy and sociable, and I got to learn a lot of Turkish phrases through this. It's a great opportunity to experience local life in a small Turkish town and learn some Turkish, since the locals and staff generally don't speak a lot of English. I had a lot of fun with the staff and many relaxing moments in the nearby nature.

Volunteering at Esila Hotel was a great experience! The buffet meals were delicious, tasks were very easy, and we had access to the pool, sauna, and pool tables, which made everything super enjoyable. The place is perfect for relaxing and disconnecting for a while. The staff is incredibly friendly and always tries to communicate with you, creating a beautiful cultural exchange. I felt really welcomed and comfortable during my stay! 🥳🙏🏼

Cannot recommend this place enough! They accepted me on a short notice but still managed to make it a great experience. As soon as I arrived, Ahmed and Elnara welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable. They took me for a tour of Termal, a small but beautiful little Turkish town, aswell as the bigger city the hotel close by. The work is just as agreed upon, the food is amazing, and I have absolutely no complaints about my stay here. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Big thank you to everyone who was a part of my experience here <3

Mon expérience avec cet hôte a été négative. Le responsable de profil n'est pas la personne qui reçoit réellement les bénévoles. Avant d'arriver, on nous a dit qu'ils ne travaillaient plus dans l'hôtel indiqué et ont proposé un autre bénévole dans une ville différente, ce que nous avons accepté car nous devions quitter le pays, mais cela n'était pas indiqué sur leur profil. Le logement n'était pas comme promis ; on nous a dit que nous passerions seulement une semaine dans un seul lit, mais nous nous sommes finalement retrouvés à rester plus de deux semaines parce qu'une autre personne a prolongé son séjour sans que nous le sachions ; il n'y avait pas de plan ou d'horaire clairs, les tâches étaient improvisées et désorganisées.

Nous sommes partis avant la date fixée et je n'ai pas mis à jour Worldpackers car ce n'est pas lui qui le gère. Il ne vérifie pas vos informations; il vous envoie un questionnaire et son Instagram, cela semble seulement servir à gagner des abonnés. Il nous a dit qu'il ne travaillait plus à l'hôtel et a offert une « position » dans une autre ville, par nécessité nous avons accepté. Il a promis que nous ne dormirions qu'une semaine dans un lit simple pendant que l'autre volontaire partait, mais plus de deux semaines ont passé et nous dormions encore sur un sommier parce qu'il a demandé à l'autre fille de rester sans nous prévenir. Il n'a pas de plan ni d'horaire dans son « projet »; les tâches sont improvisées.
