Nous avons passé 20 jours fantastiques ! Li était une hôtesse de rêve, nous nourrissant TRÈS bien, nous emmenant faire des excursions d'une journée et donnant d'excellentes idées d'activités locales, ainsi que nous accompagnant dans ses propres activités extrascolaires comme un cours de peinture. Le logement était confortable, avec une machine à laver et une cuisine, et à quelques pas de l'école. Je recommande vivement ce poste à d'autres voyageurs. Les enfants sont adorables et pleins de personnalité; vous allez rapidement les adorer. Nous avons énormément appris sur la région locale et la culture chinoise, de l'art à la musique en passant par l'histoire. Merci beaucoup de nous avoir accueillis (:

J'ai vécu une merveilleuse expérience de bénévolat de deux semaines ici.
Mme Li est une excellente cuisinière, et j'ai vraiment apprécié chaque repas délicieux qu'elle a préparé pour nous.
Mme Li organise régulièrement des activités en plein air qui sont à la fois amusantes et éducatives pour les enfants, tout en offrant aux bénévoles l'occasion d'explorer la région locale et sa culture.
Les enfants sont adorables, énergiques et parfois un peu espiègles — comme les enfants de leur âge devraient l'être !
C'est un endroit formidable pour que les bénévoles du monde entier bénéficient d'un échange culturel significatif.

Volunteering at the the community was an incredible experience that I highly recommend to everyone. The children were so friendly and open, and I loved spending time with them through daily activities and English lessons. Teacher Li really looked after me, always making sure I had everything I needed — from accommodation to delicious home-cooked food. She was so kind, and her meals were one of the highlights of my stay! During my 4 weeks I learned many things, improved my understanding of Chinese culture and language and gained deep appreciation for life in Tianjin!

At first, I was a bit apprehensive since I had no experience working with children, and the language barrier was a big challenge. However, with the support of Laoshi and fellow volunteer Phylis, I was able to overcome the difficulties. Teaching English and playing the guitar creatively, along with games, allowed me to connect with the children. They taught me just as much as I taught them. I'm also grateful for the parents' kindness, who gifted us with delicious Chinese treats. It was truly a life-enriching experience.

From the moment I arrived until I left, the host teacher Li was always friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was right in the Center. The sleeping area is a bunk bed and I recommend sleeping on the top bunk as the children can play in the room you will be staying in. I felt comfortable there. I helped with English homework, played English learning games, did outdoor activities, and sometimes even sang songs with a guitar. I am very grateful to teacher Li and her center for an unforgettable experience, delicious food, and a fascinating cultural exchange

I spent two amazing weeks volunteering at a school in Tianjin, teaching English and spending time with the kids. The students were enthusiastic and the staff was very welcoming. It was a meaningful experience that allowed me to connect, learn, and grow.

It has been an absolutely fantastic and unique experience of being volunteer here in Tianjiin. My stay offered a lot of experiences and meetings with local people. As well as helping the children with their homework and doing activities. I would definitely recommend volunteering here if you're interested in a very authentic experience.

I had the privilege of spending a month with Li Guihuan in Tianjin, & it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed & cared for. Teaching English to the children was incredibly rewarding. I enjoyed every moment of interacting with them, whether it was during lessons, playing sports, or engaging in various activities. Moreover, my Chinese language skills have improved, thanks to the immersive environment she provided. This experience has been transformative, and I am leaving with a greater sense of purpose & determination.
