Nous avons eu un mois charmant à faire du bénévolat à l’auberge Tia’s Hostel. Mikel et Irena étaient très accueillants et d’excellents hôtes. L’auberge est située dans un endroit central idéal à Shkodër pour explorer la ville et les environs. L’auberge est également très propre et confortable, en faisant un endroit idéal pour séjourner. Les heures et la charge de travail étaient très équitables, nous donnant beaucoup de temps pour explorer Shkodër, qui est une charmante ville à visiter lors d’un séjour plus long. C’était très amusant de rencontrer tous les autres bénévoles et voyageurs qui passaient par là. Je peux recommander vivement faire du bénévolat ou visiter l’auberge.

Mes 3 semaines à la fin de la saison dans l'auberge étaient géniales ! C'est une ambiance détendue, le travail n'est pas difficile, et Mikel et Irena étaient des hôtes généreux. Shkoder est un endroit vraiment agréable pour passer du temps, c'est abordable et il y a un excellent café, il y a aussi beaucoup de choses à faire dans la région autour de la ville. Nous avons fait des quarts de 5 heures chaque jour avec un jour de congé par semaine, tout le travail était très raisonnable. Il y avait un dîner partagé chaque soir dans la cour de l'auberge préparé par Irena. Nous avons aussi eu un excellent groupe de bénévoles, dans l'ensemble nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour ✨ merci, Mikel et Irena!

I volunteered for one month at the wonderful the hostel and from my first day I felt like at home. Mikel and Irena are incredibly kind and helpful and are doing whatever they can to make your volunteering experience as good as possible. They care about everyone who stays at their hostel a lot. They organise plenty of events for the guests and volunteers, like BBQ, karaoke, movie nights, sangria nights, cliff jumping, lake trips. Volunteering there was really enjoyable and I always felt appreciated. I also had plenty of time to explore Shkoder and the area. Can definitely recommend!!

My partner and I had a wonderful time volunteering at Tias hostel. Mikel and Irene are lovely and we enjoyed our time exploring Shkoder. The work was straight forward and flexible with communication to the hosts. Would recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing time volunteering in Albania. Thanks for the lovely experience

We loved our volunteer experience at the hostel. Mikel and Irena are lovely hosts and made us feel very welcomed since day one. Daily tasks are easy to complete and allow flexibility to your day. We usually had our afternoon's free to go ride a bike to the lake etc. We now confidently can say we have a second home in Shkoder, Thank you for everything!
