Sans aucun doute, le meilleur hostel de Dahab ! l'auberge a un mélange fantastique de superbes invités, une gestion et un personnel efficaces et sympathiques, et tant d'événements géniaux à profiter (la plupart gratuits 😉). Le travail est facile, mais tout de même suffisant pour rester impliqué avec les invités et ce qui se passe autour de la ville, et vous avez beaucoup de temps libre pour profiter de Dahab pour vous‑même aussi. Honnêtement, ne manquez pas l'occasion de rejoindre l'équipe ici :)

J'adore l'auberge! Les tâches sont amusantes et détendues et vous faites la connaissance de personnes incroyables! L'équipe de l'auberge est incroyable, et j'ai en fait prolongé mon séjour parce que Dahab est un endroit très spécial! Je recommande vivement l'opportunité de bénévolat!!!

J'ai passé un merveilleux moment à Rafiki; j'ai principalement travaillé sur la création de reels pour les réseaux sociaux et la photographie. Ils fonctionnent comme une famille et il y a toujours quelque chose à faire ! L'ambiance est incroyable et j'ai fini par aller faire du snorkeling et à une fête en montagne avec eux, tout en prenant le temps de faire ma part aussi :). Je serais très heureux de revenir ! :)

I volunteered at the hostel for two months and ended up extending my stay thanks to the welcoming and friendly team. From day one, I felt part of the hostel family. From an HR perspective 🤓, what makes the hostel special is the quality of its people, which clearly reflects the strong vision and values of the management. I met wonderful people and leave with great memories. The tasks are simple with a flexible schedule. For future volunteers: come with an open mind and enjoy the experience. Je n'arrive pas à mettre mon expérience en mots — et bien sûr mon avis est biaisé, car l'équipe Rafikis est devenue ma famille. Le travail est incroyable, et pour quiconque aime l'interaction sociale, il n'y a vraiment pas de meilleur endroit. Les plannings sont respectés, tout est organisé, et tout ce qu'ils demandent en retour, c'est de l'engagement. J'ai adoré l'énergie, l'équipe et tout ce que nous avons vécu là-bas. Ma famille à Dahab — une partie de ma vie que je n'oublierai jamais. Merci pour tout. (Je ne citerai pas de noms parce que chaque personne a été merveilleuse pour moi.)

J'ai vécu la meilleure expérience de bénévolat dans l'auberge !!! C'est un endroit merveilleux, je me suis senti accueilli dès le premier instant ! Toute l'équipe est incroyable. I had the most amazing time at the hostel in Dahab! From the moment I arrived, the vibe was absolutely incredible. The team at the hostel is top-notch—so friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They went above and beyond to introduce me to the city and its amazing culture, showing me the best spots and the hidden gems that make Dahab so unique. What I loved the most were the daily events and activities—they really created a sense of community and fun. Every day there was something to do, whether it was a group outing, a diving trip, or just chilling with fellow travelers.

Absolutely loved volunteering for the hostel! I have experience volunteering for different hostels and this one is definitely doing A LOT of things right for the short time they've been operating. I loved the quality of events we were in charge of. They don't joke around with that. At first it was a bit overwhelming learning so much and so fast but then I got the hang of it and every manager did remind me of my capabilities and were willing to talk things through when mistakes happened, which is something I highly appreciate! I finished this experience with a huge smile on my face! Thank youu!

Volunteering at the hostel was a once-in-a-lifetime experience! Dahab is a very special town that truly changed my life. The hostel is a perfect place to meet people from all over the world! For me, though, the thing that makes it special is the opportunity to connect with locals. Many Egyptians stay at the hostel, and it's beautiful to connect with them. At the hostel, you're genuinely treated as a volunteer, and the staff members are the kindest people I've ever met. I'm really grateful for this experience and hope to come back soon! <3
