J\'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour et j\'ai demandé à rester un mois de plus. J\'ai adoré travailler dans les jardins et voir les améliorations que tout le monde apporte (notamment Dave et Darcy). J\'ai tellement appris sur la permaculture et les communautés intentionnelles. La communauté elle-même est si accueillante et je me suis fait de vrais amis ici avec lesquels j\'espère rester en contact.

Bonne opportunité d'apprendre la permaculture. Beaucoup de locaux y vivent, donc si vous cherchez à rencontrer des Australiens, c'est un endroit idéal pour le faire. Ambiance très intéressante et hippie. J'ai adoré leur miel fait maison et leurs légumes cultivés sur place.

Cet endroit semble s'être vraiment amélioré par rapport aux dernières critiques laissées par les bénévoles. Les gens ont été incroyablement chaleureux et, en ce qui concerne le drame, nous avons pu rester à l'écart facilement. Ma remarque principale: préparez-vous à entendre des idées religieuses inhabituelles de la part de quelques habitants. Je m'en fiche, mais cela pourrait mettre les autres mal à l'aise. Nous avons séjourné dans le bâtiment Lorikeet, et bien que je puisse voir des preuves antérieures de moisissure noire (comme mentionné dans d'autres critiques), cela a clairement été traité et largement éliminé :) Le travail était très épanouissant et détendu; la nourriture était délicieuse! Tout le monde a été vraiment génial.

I wouldn't come back here, nor recommend this place to anyone. Positives; unlimited free food, beautiful location, free accom, deep in nature, flexible with hours (I was sick for the first 2.5 weeks and they allowed me to make up hours missed). Negatives; black mold EVERYWHERE, everyone was sick from it while I was there. The energy of this place is really strange, the majority of people here are very self centered and not looking to connect with volunteers. There is a ton of gossip, passive aggressiveness, & no structure whatsoever. Also there was a domestic incident between members. 2/10.

Il est intéressant de lire cela car vous avez demandé à prolonger votre séjour et nous n'avons pas accepté votre demande, car vous n'aviez pas une bonne réputation pour faire le moindre effort malgré votre arrivée malade.
Deux autres bénévoles fantastiques qui ont aidé à un stand de marché n'ont pas pu croire que vous comptiez les heures au marché lorsque’ils ont dit que vous n'aidiez pas.
Cela me semble être une critique vengeresse.

I truly loved staying in the the community. All the members and volunteers were very kind, considerate, and I was able to connect with many wonderful people. I really enjoyed working in the garden and learning more about sustainability and permaculture. Of course, sometimes things don't run perfectly, but if you're willing to contribute your part to improve things, you will have a fantastic time.

I have really enjoyed my time at the the community and spending time with the group of people there , volunteers and the community members alike! The work felt rewarding and fun, especially when working along side others and I really appreciated that you could take your own initiative and choose what you wanted to help with, to assist the the community, depending on your preferences. The surrounding nature is beautiful and I have been able to go on day trips to noosa, do various hikes and see the eumundi markets, which I would definitely recommend!

I had a great time at the the community, the people are really welcoming and we did some great day trips to see the local area too. There was a variety of jobs to get stuck into, from working in the garden with June who taught us all about the different plants, to cleaning guest rooms with Emma, to organising and cleaning the the community buildings. Everyone takes turns cooking for the the community and dinner is shared every evening, other than that you can help yourself to food whenever you're hungry.

This is a beautiful place with a diversity of tasks including cleaning, gardening, and random upkeep/admin tasks! I really connected with the new the community members and had lots of fun welcoming new volunteers and getting to work together! the the community seems to be in a bit of a transitional period so I expect some improvements will be made to create a better vibe overall; but as a volunteer I had so much fun connecting with people from all over the world, taking every chance to go to the Eumundi markets and the beach, and learning alot from June in the garden! Would recommend for sure!

I was so sad to leave. the the community is a beautiful place full of wonderful people in the most stunning nature. Working in the garden was a lot of fun and Ian has a lot of knowledge he can share with you on permaculture and sustainable living. I loved every evening when everyone comes together and cooks and enjoys yummy food (sometimes fresh out of the garden) The accommodation was wonderful with my own room and clean bathrooms. I will hold all my memories dear to my heart and would recommend everyone to go.
