Sans aucun doute, ce fut une expérience inoubliable ; la famille est charmante et ils m'ont traitée merveilleusement à tout moment. Le travail à l'école est facile et j'ai passé un très bon moment à parler et à jouer avec les enfants. J'ai adoré la façon d'enseigner, de jouer et de se connecter avec la nature d'une manière aussi respectueuse et patiente. Si vous cherchez à connaître la culture locale et à apprendre la langue, je recommande énormément ce volontariat. Enfin, la ville de Palermo est magnifique, et le lieu du camp est incroyable. Je suis très reconnaissante d'avoir vécu cette expérience.

Une communauté si belle dans un endroit vraiment magnifique. Cela a été une expérience incroyablement paisible et immersive et j'ai eu tellement de chance de l'avoir vécue ! Vale et Francesco forment la famille la plus gentille et chaque personne que j'ai rencontrée pendant mon séjour était tellement patiente et sympathique. C'était l'occasion parfaite de pratiquer l'italien, de se mettre en contact avec la nature, de passer du temps avec un groupe incroyable d'enfants et d'explorer Palerme. Je me suis senti très à l'aise, et Vale et Francesco sont les hôtes les plus généreux. Mon meilleur conseil serait de vous lancer pendant votre séjour !

Les hôtes sont une famille très attentionnée et vous guident🩷. Les tâches sont claires et passer du temps avec les enfants est amusant ! Le temps est vraiment chaud toutefois. C'est bien si vous parlez italien ou espagnol, ainsi il est plus facile de se connecter avec les enfants. L'endroit est assez beau et il est amusant de cuisiner là-bas après les heures de travail. C'est paisible. C'est un peu difficile si vous êtes une personne qui aime faire la fête, car le bus ne passe pas si tard. J'ai beaucoup appris et je ne me suis pas senti stressé, car l'atmosphère est plutôt détendue 🤗

J'ai passé un moment merveilleux ici ! J'ai aidé à la maternelle (âges 1 à 5) d'environ 9h30 à 14h30, chaque jour d'école. Mes tâches consistaient à passer du temps avec les enfants et à m'occuper d'eux, et à aider avec les repas et la vaisselle par la suite. Une seule enseignante parlait vraiment anglais, mais les enseignants étaient incroyablement accueillants et nous utilisions beaucoup d'expressions faciales et de gestes pour communiquer. Valentina et Francesco étaient incroyablement aimables, m'aidant à m'installer et veillant à ce dont j'avais besoin. Préparez-vous à vivre à l'école totalement seul(e) en dehors des heures de cours.

Thank you for this great experience! Working with Valentina and Francesco was pure pleasure! They are so welcoming, it's incredible! I immediately felt at ease with them, with great discussions. I only have one desire: to go back to work there! I recommend it to everyone who wants to improve their Italian, work with children in a relaxed and positive atmosphere while being close to nature! :) Their way of working and approaching, educating children is really great I thank them for this adventure and highly recommend it! :)

Words cannot describe what this place evokes. In me? Pure magic. If you love waking up in the mountains of Palermo, being able to cook in an open kitchen and starting your day on the platform among the fruit trees before work, then you've come to the right place - but be careful, there might be chickens running around below you ;-). For example, you can learn how to build a chicken coop, design a rap or plant spring onions. It is important that you are not afraid to enter into conversation if you are interested in something or show initiative, for example if you want to initiate a project :-)

My experience was absolutely amazing! valentina and francesco were incredible and made me feel part of the family from day 1. i spent half my time in the primary school and the other half in the nursery which was a nice change of atmosphere. i would not change a single thing from my time here :) one thing that wasn't mentioned was the wifi is only available during school hours (8-4 aprox) which was not a problem for me but may be for someone else and the washing machine in the school was not working so had my clothes taken and washed at the hosts home. i would recommend this experience to all

I'm very grateful for my stay. valentina and francesco really did make me feel at home and i couldn't ask for any better. (from rides to the center to offering me delicious italian meals, seriously couldn't ask for more). incredible people and what they're doing with the school is amazing, i think everyone who has the opportunity to go should go and experience it. the kids are lovely and teachers too. if you like being surrounded by nature this is the place for you. will forever remember this with love.

Bellísima experiencia y bellísimas personas. Formas parte del dia a dia con los niños, ayudas con la cocina y ordenas el jardín. Aparte de aprender sobre todo ello y practicar mucho italiano! Gracias Valentina y Francesco, tuve un voluntariado fantastico. Si tu intención es desconectar de la ciudad para conectar con la naturaleza, la montaña, la enseñanza y practicar italiano, esta experiencia es para vos.

I have nothing but words of gratitude and love for the school and the kindergarten. From the very first day, they made me feel like part of the big family created by educators, parents, and students. Vale and Francesco could not have made my experience easier; thanks to them, I immersed myself in the culture and daily life of Palermo. The project they promote is truly beautiful and is based on genuine respect and self-awareness, which, as a teacher, I found incredible. It was an amazing experience that I would repeat without a doubt. Grazie di cuore.
