Ça a été une expérience incroyable du début à la fin. Sneha est une personne merveilleuse et une hôtesse parfaite ! Je me suis senti comme chez moi, elle s'assurait toujours que tout allait bien et que j'avais tout ce dont j'avais besoin. Sans parler de ses incroyables talents culinaires ! La vie dans l'organisation était tout aussi incroyable, avec une excellente équipe et des animaux adorables. Je vais énormément regretter d'être entouré par autant d'animaux, j'espère vraiment avoir la chance de revenir un jour !

Plus que du bénévolat, cela a semblé chez moi ⸻ Mon expérience dans l'organisation a vraiment été bouleversante. Dès mon arrivée, je me suis senti accueilli et soutenu—en particulier par Sanju, qui a été incroyablement gentil et qui s’est assuré que je me sente à l'aise 💜 C’est un endroit rempli d'amour et de sens. Toute l'équipe travaille avec une dévotion sincère, et l'on peut clairement voir combien ils se soucient de chaque animal. J'admire vraiment la passion de l'organisation et son engagement sans relâche—elle cherche sans cesse des moyens d'aider les animaux, non seulement dans l'organisation mais à travers le Népal

Mon temps dans l’organisation a été incroyable. Passer ma journée entourée de 200 chiens et pouvoir les combler d’affection a été une excellente façon de passer la journée. Toute l'équipe est vraiment aimable et accueillante, et Sanju a été très compréhensif lorsque je n'ai pas pu assister pendant quelques jours en raison de problèmes de santé. J'espère revenir ici un jour et aider le travail incroyable que ces gars font.

Nadia a été une bénévole extraordinaire chez Sneha’s Care. Nous sommes très reconnaissants pour le temps précieux qu’elle a passé avec nos animaux.
Pendant son séjour, nous avons vraiment eu l’impression qu’elle faisait partie de notre famille. Son amour, sa gentillesse et ses soins sincères envers les animaux ont fait une grande différence, et son soutien tout au long de son passage parmi nous était vraiment apprécié.

This is a great experience— I enjoyed my time here— I even got sick and they were so very worried about me and I appreciated it a lot — I enjoyed the people and the work greatly and thought it was quite fun— I got to work with the vets which for a pre vet student was lovely.

I volunteered at the organization, and it was such a special experience—it truly felt like being part of a little family. My days were spent feeding, cleaning, grooming, walking, and even dressing the dogs' wounds. Mid-days could be a bit slow, but the dogs were always up for cuddles or a walk. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and once the head office left, I basically had the whole place to myself. They took such good the organization of me, making sure I had everything I needed. Overall, I loved every second of it!

Meeting all of the dogs was just adorable. Abigail and I will miss them so much! Sneha and Sabi were so accommodating during a medical emergency; really admirable. Was amazing to try lots of local Nepalese food 😍 thank you

This was one of the most emotional and difficult challenges for me as a dog lover. I am infinitely grateful for the experience and work at Snehas the organization. It is super hard work that the team does every day at the organization. It didn't take long for the dogs to win my heart. I've rarely seen dogs so in need of love, who just want to be loved and stroked. My highlight was the tihar festival that I was able to witness, organize and photograph. It was a very special experience to see how the Nepalese culture dedicates this day to the dogs. I miss the dogs very much and can imagine coming back!

Wow wow wow!! Where to even begin?! My time spent volunteering ay the organization was one of the best times I've ever had volunteering! The dogs and animals are soo sweet, the team is so welcoming and helpful, Sneha is such a special person and I feel like I have a new friend for life. The volunteer house is very clean and comfortable, and I don't think I'd eaten so well in a very long time (shoutout to Nana the incredible cook at the organization & Sneha herself who cooked me delicious dinners many times). If you're an the organization lover and are staying in Kathmandu, I can't recommend this place enough!

I had a wonderful time at the organization!! I loved working with the dogs and animals, just so much love I got and lots and lots of cuddles. The accommodation was cozy and comfortable. Sneha and her Team were so hospitable and loving always making sure I had enough food or asking if I need anything else:). This experience was exactly what I needed, so much dog love and some stability after traveling for a while and also meeting amazing people, tasting the lovely Nepalese food:)) Thank you all so much for everything! I can absolutely recommend this project:))

I unfortunately had to leave my stay with Sneha early due to some personal health issues but the team working here is filled with very lovely people who are very accommodating and caring for their volunteers. I wish I could have stayed for longer, my only recommendation for other travelers is to consider how the environmental differences of Nepal may affect you compared to wherever you are from.
