Ça a vraiment été une expérience génial auprès de Thomas et du Winfall! J'y ai rencontré beaucoup de personne et ai pu apprendre beaucoup de chose là -bas. Notamment tout ce qui était peinture, ponsage. Ce que j'ai plus aimé c'était l'aspect mécanique du séjour quand on travaillaits sur le moteur, même si je ne me sentais pas au top personellement j'ai beaucoup découvrir cet aspect de la mécanique bateau et de la vie sur un bateau! Je garderais un très bon souvenir de cette expèriences, pouvoir un jour revenir serait incroyable. 10/10 pour tout

Quel mois magnifique passé à bord du bateau. Une époque que je garderai pour toujours. Bonnes personnes, bonne nourriture et bon travail. La communauté que Thomas a créée est différente de toute autre et je recommanderais vivement cette expérience à quiconque a la chance d'en faire partie. J'ai hâte de me réunir avec le bateau à nouveau et je suis honoré d'avoir pu participer à sa préparation. Je n'aurais pas pu demander une meilleure expérience et je suis reconnaissant pour chaque connexion et chaque moment passé avec Thomas et l'équipe.

Le volontariat à bord du bateau a été une expérience fantastique. J'ai soutenu l'entretien quotidien du bateau, y compris le nettoyage, la peinture, les réparations simples et l'entretien général. Vivre et travailler ensemble sur un voilier m'a appris la responsabilité, la flexibilité et l'importance de la coopération. Au-delà du travail, j'ai construit une vraie amitié avec Thomas, pour laquelle je suis très reconnaissant. J'espère que nos chemins se croiseront à nouveau bientôt, et que j'aurai l'occasion de remonter à bord du bateau et de naviguer ensemble une fois de plus.

Passez un excellent moment à vivre et travailler sur le bateau. Le bateau devient de plus en plus confortable et Thomas a les meilleures intentions avec le bateau et les personnes qui vivent dessus et autour. Je l'ai connu comme une personne très douce, attentive et serviable. J'ai appris de lui le reconditionnement des bateaux et j'aimerais revenir quand les Pays-Bas seront un peu plus chauds. J'ai aussi fait la connaissance de nombreux amis de Thomas, qui travaillent et vivent aussi sur des bateaux, ce qui était génial. Si vous êtes intéressé par le bateau, la vie à bord et les travaux du bois, c'est l'endroit où il faut aller!

My stay in Almere was incredible, Thomas is super nice person, too nice for this world, my days working felt like nothing , because the boat is beautiful just like his owner. Positivity and kindness are the day a day feeling , Thomas friends that are always around are beautiful people, I could see beavers 🦫 swimming around beaver bar, that is close to Thomas house, because he is so cool that cool beavers move next to catch some vibe .my hours of work always respected, communication with thom always no problema and tasks just like the publication

I really enjoyed my time on the boat with Captain Thomas, as an experienced skipper and world Traveller he is a well of information for everything regarding ships and the boat. I spend my week helping him refit the boat and getting her the boat ready again. Thomas is very flexible in his work schedule and open to new ideas. The food is fully included and there is great care put into making it a mixed diet. You truly get a feeling for what its like to live onboard a ship and the nice/warm community around it. I look forward to coming back 🙌🏻

I had a great experience volunteering on the boat. From the very beginning, I felt warmly welcomed by Thomas — he's kind, generous, and a great captain. The work and adventures on board can be physically challenging, so I recommend this experience to those who are ready to step out of their comfort zone and try something different. The boat is still under renovation, and the overall vibe feels a bit like camping — simple, adventurous, and close to nature. A truly authentic and memorable experience

About my experience on Thomas' boat, it was really something unique. Thomas is a respectful, kind person and has a radical sailor vibe haha He gave me many days off beyond what was agreed, which was great for exploring the city. However, I have to say that the boat may not be ready to receive volunteers, due to the lack of a bathroom inside and the one outside being very dirty, and some other things like lack of electricity and water as well. But I believe that anyone looking for a really cool experience can do well. I wish Thomas many adventures and thank you for welcoming me :)
