J'ai adoré l'expérience. Partager avec tout le monde: Don Paolo, Doña Elisabetta, Fabrizio, Patrizia, Federica, et notre co world Packers Lola et Tomás a été une expérience mémorable. C'était merveilleux de pouvoir profiter d'un endroit magnifique. Ils ont respecté mes horaires et c'était collaboratif. Ils nous ont très bien traités et ont respecté les accords. Ils nous ont donné 50€ pour les repas et, en cas d'heures supplémentaires, ils nous les ont payées.

Palazzo, la maison d'hôtes, est un endroit magique qui vous inspire à donner le meilleur de vous-même chaque jour. Paolo, Fabrizio, la maison d'hôtes et tout le personnel nous ont fait sentir les bienvenus dès le premier jour. Chaque fois que des heures supplémentaires étaient nécessaires, ils demandaient toujours poliment et ces heures étaient payées. Nous avons aussi eu beaucoup de temps pour explorer les villes voisines et nous immerger vraiment dans la culture locale. Ils vont me manquer! 💛

J'ai récemment vécu cette expérience et je recommencerais sans hésiter. Je me suis senti très à l'aise avec la maison d'hôtes et le reste du personnel. Manduria est magnifique, et être au centre te permet de visiter facilement la ville. Ils te donnent aussi 50 € pour la nourriture de la semaine, et tu peux utiliser leur cuisine.

L'endroit est très beau, tant l'hôtel que la ville, même s'il est très petit car en deux jours on peut le parcourir. Si vous n'avez pas de voiture, la plage et les villes voisines sont difficiles à visiter car les bus ne passent pas souvent. Après cela, l'expérience est agréable et le travail est léger.

La maison d\'hôtes et Filippo ont toujours veillé à ce que je me sente chez moi au Palazzo. L\'ambiance est chaleureuse et familiale. Le travail est varié et pas épuisant. Vous pouvez effectuer des heures supplémentaires pour un salaire additionnel. Chaque semaine, vous recevez de l\'argent pour les repas et vous pouvez manger ce que vous voulez et quand vous le voulez. Une cuisine entièrement équipée est disponible. Le Palazzo est situé au centre-ville, ce qui permet d\'accéder facilement à pied aux magasins et autres lieux. Je recommande cet endroit à toute personne qui veut découvrir la culture italienne et qui valorise la paix et la tranquillité.

This experience was a great way to be immersed in the Southern Italian culture and especially the way of life of a small town. I really enjoyed exploring the town and during the summer there were constantly activities in the area like jazz concerts and cultural festivals. the guest house would always inform us when there was something going on and would often invite us to join her and Paolo for dinner in town. The staff is very kind and welcoming. Filippo, the hotel manager, was helpful in training and good at communicating responsibilities although the hours often exceed 4 per day.

My partner & I stayed here for 3 weeks & had a great time. It was an absolutely stunning venue; our living area in the basement was very basic but had a comfortable bed and clean facilities. Elizabetta, Filippo & the staff were kind, welcoming and were great to work with. We split ourselves between helping with breakfast and doing work in the garden & pool bar when needed. Flexibility was required around guest needs re pool bar however additional work was renumerated & flexibility worked both ways (E.g. Early finish) which we appreciated. Overall we would definitely recommend this opportunity.

Volunteering at the Palazzo was amazing! the guest house and Filippo were extremely kind and welcoming, always making us feel comfortable and at home :) The work was easy and we never had to do too much, therefore we had a lot of free time to enjoy the beautiful region. On our days off they made sure we could have a full day at the beach which was incredible! The palazzo and the team made the experience unforgettable and I'm very grateful for the time I got to spend there <3

My experience at Palazzo the guest house was amazing! The work was as agreed and wasn't hard at all and we were always given a generous amount of money to buy ourselves food. The Palazzo itself is great, the garden is huge and so beautiful and we even got to use the pool when the guests weren't around! The location in Manduria is great, it's a rather small place but you're right in the center so you can easily explore. the guest house, Paolo & Filippo, as well as the rest of the staff were super kind and would always take us to places like the beach if we had time or recommend us things to do :)
