Nous sommes une famille passionnée par la nature, comprenant trois chevaux, un collie et un chat mâle, avec des racines canariennes et allemandes, et nous vivons dans la merveilleuse Caldera de Tirajana, sur le flanc est de Gran Canaria. We offer transport from and to the airport and excursions to the mountains to explore the island and to the coast for snorkelling and swimming. Canarian village life, culture and authentic cuisine are waiting for you here. You may improve your manual skills and you will certainly learn a lot about the Canarian fauna and flora both above and below the water. If you are interested in horses and riding, here you have the possibility. If you are a friend of cacti, succulents and the like, our family has a horticulture that will inspire you.
You should have some manual experience and skills and be willing to work with me for a few hours a day; from natural stone walls and bricklaying, from carpentry to painting and from gardening to pruning palm trees, there is something of everything. We work 5 days a week, in the morning from 9 to roundabout 14 o clock. At 11 we will have a breakfast break. There is food, coffee and teas, preferably when we also cook together and share the kitchen work.
Lunch is rather flexible and individual, due to the family movement at this time of day. The house is no smoking area. You should enjoy working and be in a fit physical condition.
