Bonjour, je suis une enseignante locale qui enseigne l'anglais à des enfants et des jeunes adultes (certains avec des difficultés d'apprentissage qui nécessitent une attention supplémentaire) à Galle, Sri Lanka. Notre objectif principal est d'aider les étudiants à améliorer leur anglais parlé, leur compréhension orale et leur écriture, tout en apprenant à travailler ensemble et à penser en dehors des sentiers battus.
25 heures d'aide par semaine
Enseignement des langues: Enseigner une langue à l'hôte, aux invités ou aux communautés locales.
2 jours de congé par semaine
Chambre privée: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre privée. En d'autres termes, une chambre rien que pour vous.
Utilisez notre cuisine équipée: N'hésitez pas à utiliser notre cuisine et préparer vos propres délicieux repas.
Accès Internet Basique: Internet à vitesse basique pour travailler à distance
Intermédiaire Anglais ou Débutant Cingalais
Entre 18 et 80 ans
Accueille les volontaires solo, les couples et les partenaires de volontaires

You will have a chance to help and work with some of the most kind children and students in the world.
An option to study for an online TEFL teaching qualification whilst gaining classroom experience.
A great opportunity for university students who want to gain classroom experience before starting their career or need a break away from their current job.
And on top of it all you'll get a real taste of daily life in a town close to the beach.
You will assist me on fixed days & hours in the classes. This will involve:
- supporting the local English trainee in creating lessons and improve her administrative computer skills which will be beneficial to him/her in their future studies or career.
- during class, you will support me with the children that need some extra help because of their learning difficulties
- you help me to make sure the kids come in and leave the premises safely (as mentioned some children are in need of extra assistance)
- this is a place where kids not only improve their English skills but also strengthen their social skills. This is why you will play a very important role as children love to hear your stories.
- please note that this is not a teaching position as you will mainly support and assist me. Together we can make sure the kids get the most out of their learning experience
- you need to take care of the teaching area, your living space and kitchen area with respect as if it was your own.
