Siamo una famiglia felice e amichevole che vive vicino alla città di Arusha; la nostra casa si trova in una strada tranquilla e silenziosa sul pendio del monte Meru, con verde naturale, uccelli, verdure, alberi da frutto e un ambiente con una buona atmosfera e buoni vicini. La nostra casa è molto vicina all'aeroporto
Sono una guida turistica e un operatore turistico; abbiamo una scuola primaria, un homestay e una compagnia di tour

Recentemente ho fatto volontariato qui per 1 mese e ho avuto l'esperienza più incredibile dall'inizio alla fine. All'arrivo in Tanzania, il mio ospite mi ha preso all'aeroporto, e mi sono sentito subito al sicuro e a casa! Ho trascorso del tempo a scuola ogni giorno e sono diventato così vicino ai bambini e agli insegnanti. L'ospite ha fornito un alloggio bellissimo, tre pasti al giorno, e mi ha aiutato a organizzare qualsiasi attività che volevo fare! Nel complesso, questa esperienza è stata migliore di quanto potessi immaginare, e so che avrò sempre una seconda famiglia in Tanzania. Sono così grato, e non potrei davvero consigliarla di più! Grazie!❤️

I had a great time with the organization! He welcomed me and immediately made me feel at home. I volunteered for one month and got to now the children, the school system, the city… I really enjoyed how welcoming and thankfull they are for your presence. Besides the volunteering, the organization teached me about some cultural differences and helped me book tickets to climb Kilimanjaro and to go on safari. The 4 weeks I stayed with the organization were really amazing! the organization, July, Diana and Roda are remarkable people. Made me feel at home and cooked amazingly good food. I felt very safe. At School the teachers and kids were very welcoming and helpful. Some remarks of what to expect: - You live with a kind of patchwork family in a house with safe wall - you will get 3 meals (lunch at school), buy water by yourself - all speak English but talk Swahili a lot -You have to be and self-engaged (no one is gonna tell you what to do) -leisure activities are quite expensive -you can always count on the organization

The organization and Juliette were very friendly and made me feel welcome. Julie is a great cook! Because I was the only volunteer and the school was not open all the time I felt a bit lonely but the organization arranged a safaritrip for me..This week school will start again so there will be more for me to do. The children and the teacher are great! the organization has started this project since three months now and wants to expand so I wish him all the best!

It was one of the most remarkable experiences of my life. The children are adorable, very affectionate, they just need care, attention and love. The teacher is a heroin, looking after 30 children completely on her own. I was working in a more deprived school, in the middle of a very poor community, where I was able to connect with the locals, living the real life of these people. Juli, the organization and Fred, the people responsible for my experience and stay, were very kind to me, the accommodation is very good, the room very comfortable, the food excellent.
