Gli volontari saranno trattati come membri della nostra comunità. Il rispetto è fondamentale in ogni tipo di relazione, e questo valore sarà praticato per tutto il periodo di volontariato dei nostri amici.
Il nostro team è multiculturale. Abbiamo persone con molta esperienza, così come giovani individui con un forte spirito di servizio alla comunità.

I wasn't quite sure to expect, going in, but Antonio and Paula have treated me like family from the moment I landed. Every single day was so much fun and my experience wouldn't be nearly as amazing as it has been without them. When it came time to create lessons, they were so very helpful and providing the framework for what needed to be taught that day. Between hiking, dancing on New Years, seeing the country, meeting family, and working with the kids, this has been an experience of a lifetime. A came here to make an impact on peoples lives, but I'm leaving with the impact they left on mine.

I absolutely loved living and teaching here! Antonio (Fabian) and his wife, Paula, are extremely hospitable, kind, and intelligent. I stayed in a nice room in their house with a few other international volunteers. We spent a lot of time together cooking, eating, exploring, teaching, going out, meeting Antonio's and Paula's family, etc. Teaching at the school was challenging for me (I've never taught a class before) but also rewarding and fun. The time commitment was also not too bad - the other volunteers and I could travel to fun destinations over the weekends. Gracias por todo!

Grazie per averci dato l'opportunità di condividere momenti pieni di felicità con te.
Sei una persona molto rilassata, umile e rispettosa.
Anche se culturalmente i nostri paesi sono completamente diversi, ciò non è stato un ostacolo per avere un'amicizia bella come la nostra; sicuramente questa amicizia durerà nel tempo.
Durante queste 6 settimane in cui sei stato con noi a Cañar - Ecuador, la tua responsabilità nell'insegnare ai nostri bambini e giovani era molto evidente.
La tua pazienza e la gioia di insegnare erano contagiose e hanno motivato i nostri studenti a imparare l'inglese.
Grazie Niklas per aver dato il meglio di te ogni giorno di lezione.
Niklas ha insegnato ai bambini di 6-8 anni il martedì e il giovedì, dalle 15:00 alle 17:00.
E agli adolescenti di 13-16 anni, il sabato, dalle 08:30 alle 12:30.
In casa nostra, abbiamo orari per l'uso della lavatrice, per pulire la casa e cucinare; Niklas ha svolto ciascuna delle attività affidate nel miglior modo.
Caro amico, ci mancherai per tutto ciò che hai condiviso con noi, le tue ricette (fagioli haha), le lunghe conversazioni e gli aneddoti. Grazie per aver realizzato attività tradizionali del mio paese con noi, come la preparazione di empanadas, humitas, chaulafan e altri piatti tipici.
Le danze, i concerti, i canelazos e il karaoke saranno alcuni dei ricordi che abbiamo avuto con te.
Se Niklas dovesse mai pensare di svolgere volontariato nel tuo programma, non esitare un attimo e goditi la compagnia di questo grande essere umano.
