If you come and volunteer with me you will learn all about farm life and what it takes to care for a variety of animals. Learn all about horses and all that is involved in caring for them. Make friends with our friendly goats and dogs. Looking for someone who has a productive mindset and is eager to get their hands dirty. You will be cleaning stables and giving fresh hay and water to all the animals, we are looking for someone who will treat the animals as if they were their own. Majority of the animals are rescues and need lots of love towards them and a gentle hand. Day to day tasks can vary depending on the weather some tasks can include fixing fencing, cutting grass and pulling weeds etc. Looking forward to welcoming new people and introducing you to all the animals we have here.
Day to day tasks that will be involved will be haying, feeding and giving fresh water to all the animals. Animals will be turned out daily and their stalls will be cleaned and prepared for their return. Once the morning tasks have being done we then go for lunch and have a rest period before the evening tasks start and all the animals are returned to their stalls and put in for the night.
No smoking or vaping indoors ashtrays can be provided for outside.
