The host did amazing job at helping us to get to Kioga. We stayed in a building on his property and ate meals at his house. We also had friendly welcoming neighbours. We were helping out with renovation of the local school, together with a group of volunteers that came through a humanitarian organization and were staying together by another host. Afternoons we were spending at our place, but there wasn't really much to do in the area. There was extremly poor to no signal and regular cut in power and water. We avoided going to the town if it wasn't necessary because it costed quite a bit.

È stata una bellissima esperienza stare con Karolina, passare del tempo con i bambini in biblioteca e partecipare alla ristrutturazione delle scuole nel nostro villaggio. Grazie.

It was mine first volunteering. I spend time at different activities with kids mainly. Very strong experience for me. Fantastic people, great hosts. It's was a nice time and I will back there for sure 😊

Hai ragione — il nostro villaggio è fuori dalla rete e abbiamo imparato dal tuo feedback. Adesso diamo a tutti i volontari una guida completa sui costi di energia, acqua e trasporto prima del loro arrivo, e abbiamo aggiunto lezioni di swahili nel pomeriggio + giochi. Karibu tena se mai dovessi tornare in Tanzania!"
