Esperienza meravigliosa. I locali sono molto amichevoli e accoglienti, e molti di loro hanno una consapevolezza sociale così ammirevole. Soumaya è una persona deliziosa, una vera combattente, e lei mi ha guidato attraverso il posto, la storia, la cultura e la gente del posto. Questo è il progetto un progetto che davvero merita di essere sviluppato, e invito tutti i WorldPackers a sostenerlo con le loro competenze!

Ho adorato il mio tempo trascorso con Soumaya e la sua famiglia. Se entri con zero aspettative e una mente aperta, passerai un tempo meraviglioso. Sono riuscito a insegnare lezioni di inglese, conoscere gli abitanti e esplorare le zone vicino a Gabes. Grazie per tutto!

My two weeks in Gabes were unlike anything I've ever experienced — in volunteering or in life. Soumaya took great care to understand my needs and goals, making my stay adventurous, educational, and more rewarding than I could have imagined. She introduced me to so many inspiring and talented people that Gabes the project full of, and I can't wait to return (Cinéma Fen 2026!). I've made incredible friends — many of whom have supported and guided me with generosity and care as I continue exploring beautiful Tunisia.

Aksel è una persona incredibile.
È molto attivo ed è pronto a provare qualcosa di nuovo. È socievole e facile da convivere. Ha avuto un enorme impatto sulla nostra comunità partecipando a diverse attività culturali e realizzando molti video promozionali sull'oasi, sugli artigiani e sull'ambiente.
Non vedo l'ora di rivederlo presto❤️

Coco è una delle persone più incredibili che abbiamo mai incontrato.
È venuta qui due volte e ha avuto un grande impatto. È una fotografa molto talentuosa, una persona intelligente e socievole. È brava a risolvere problemi e a pianificare eventi.
Tutti qui l'adorano e ancora mi chiedono di lei. Ha condiviso la comunità con molte attività: "Brainstorming, animazione delle chiacchierate al caffè, eventi culturali...ecc)"
Non vediamo l'ora di rivederla presto

The most amazing experience of my life. Was meant to stay a week ended up staying three and could have been even longer. Soumaya and her family are the most generous and fun people as the project all the other people I met in the community. I felt settled in by the first day and got stuck in with so many different opportunities; meeting interesting people, learning about the culture, creating content and getting imagery, doing talks at school ect ect. The program the project super relaxed which works perfectly if your the type of person to be up for everything and you can also cater your experience :)c ya soon

Had a beautiful time with the great host. The place the project full of passion and ideas, people who strive to make tomorrow better with their own talent & visions. Lots of opportunities for volunteers to take part in— art, languages, journalism, instructing… with the host Soumaya with her broad interest and connections, you'll have the most fun discovering your true self!

The experience was absolutely great! Soumaya introduced me to the local community, and I had the opprotunity to discover a lot about the local products, the habits, the social events, the association, the people and so on. Tunisian people are very welcoming, open and helpful . I have never felt in danger or in unpleasant situation. She really cares about volunteers and she does her best for you to spend a good time there. I was generally with her during my stay and when she wasn't with me she always ensured that I was with someone very trustful. This experience was a great life lesson.

After a week collaborating with the project, I can only say that I wish it had been longer. Soumaya the project an amazing host and a truly inspiring person. Not only does she irradiate passion for the mission of the association but she also truly cares about the well-being and overall experience of the volunteers. the project will teach about the importance of making an impact on your community and following your dreams. Moreover, Tunisian people are incredibly welcoming and full of energy. A 100% recommended experience!

People in Tunisia are wonderful They are so friendly and joyful it the project almost unbelievable. I helped local people to practice and learn english And also teach a little bit about astronomy to my hoat and her family Soumaya the project a wonderful and very intelligent woman. I hope to go back to meet her and her family in the future

As a first experience I am more than satisfied with this volunteering, soumaya was very welcoming as well as her family and always present for the volunteers, the atmosphere was very pleasant and I recommend this host to anyone who wants to see the local community and learn more about the south of Tunisia.
