My partner & I have really enjoyed our time at the home! The hosts are kind, they communicate their expectations clearly, and will go out of their way to help you. There are a lot of different jobs happening every day here. We were mostly gardening & housekeeping. The hosts were always able to supply us with safety gear for our jobs. We loved that this experience has lots of animals around! Dogs, donkeys, and lots of birds and hedgehogs wandering through. We would recommend the home to anyone who wants to work whilst experiencing real Irish hospitality, see the countryside :)

I had a great time at the home! Martin and Shirley are great hosts and they welcomed me and treated me well from the first moment. I was always well looked after and the property is in a very peaceful area with donkeys and lovely dogs. The site is not too far from towns and the hosts are always willing to help you and make sure you are well situated and comfortable. The accommodation is very comfortable and I was always treated like family. I'd recommend this experience to anyone who wants to develop skills, get to know Ireland's Midlands and have a great time with a fantastic family

Un vero gentiluomo e ora fortunatamente nostro amico e parte della famiglia. Grazie per tutto. Martin and Shirley were amazing hosts and they have a great property in a beautiful place. They were very understanding with my requests about schedules as well. Would recommend for someone who wants to meet great locals and have a true getaway.

My stay at the home was great and the family was wonderful. Very understanding, kind and always making sure I felt comfortable and safe. I thank them all for every moment they spent with me in which I learned and enjoyed a lot. Improving my English, teaching a little bit of Spanish, living the Irish culture, meeting genuine pubs with very friendly people, are part of the memories I take with me. I think that every Worldpacker should come here sometime in their life hahaha. Thank you family and best wishes. Hope to see you soon, greetings uncle Pat and everyone! I know you! 🎵🎶🤣

If you're thinking about joining the home Experience, you're doing the right thing. This place is magical! Shirley, Martin, Evan, Anna, Jerry, Rachael and of course Uncle Pat will make you feel right at home. They are a loving and interesting family. They asked me to help them with organizing a pop-up sale, cleaning and some marketing tasks. I spent almost 2 weeks with them and the dynamic was so great that I regretted leaving so early. It was my first WP experience. About the home itself, I can say that it's a very comfortable, nice and quiet place surrounded by nature. Super top 👌

It was my first experience as a voluntaree and I'm so happy to start this adventure with them in Ireland. They are a wonderful family. Their warm welcome and generosity made my time here truly special and part of their family. Always they ask how you fell and if everything it's ok. I was a month with them and everything was lovely. The tasks are easy, simple and always you learn something new. Even I had the opportunity to meet with two lovely guys from Chile. Thank you Shirl, Martin, Uncle Pat and all family for everything. You did very warm my stay in this beautiful country!!

This was my first experience volunteering and I would happily do it again. They are a super welcoming family, from the first moment they were concerned about my well-being and offering help with everything. Ireland is a super cold place and they were always worried about making sure I didn't get cold. Shirley, Martin, Evan, Uncle Pat, Anna, Gerry and the dogs (Alfie, Arya, Diego and Polly) make this experience unique. They make you feel like you are one of the family. Mainly the tasks are helping around the house and helping to make the home a welcoming place. Thank you for everything!
