Un'esperienza molto positiva! Firman, l'ospite, è molto proattivo e disponibile. La mattina abbiamo esplorato Giacarta, partecipato a un laboratorio di batik e assaggiato del cibo locale delizioso. Nel pomeriggio, ho insegnato a scuola insieme a due adorabili insegnanti; le attività consistevano principalmente in conversazioni unite a qualche gioco divertente per rendere le lezioni più coinvolgenti, soprattutto per i bambini più piccoli. Nei miei giorni di riposo (venerdì e domenica), ho visitato Bogor con Firman e Pari Island da solo, con il suo aiuto per prenotare un tour affidabile. Pari Island è una fuga perfetta sul mare dal traffico di Giacarta!

I had a great 6 days at the school with the host Firman and his family. Firman showed me around Jakarta, travelling by train and motor! He showed me around some touristic places and shared lots of local foods with me:) However, the communication was not always great. Don't wanna say too many bad things, because I had a great time anyways. But this is a part where there is plenty of space to develop in. The teachers are so nice and the sister of Firman (who works there) is also really kind! The teaching is mostly just introducing yourself and having chats with kids (7-21 years old).
