GÖNLÜLLÜ KONAKLAMA VE KÜLTÜREL DEĞİŞİM SÖZLEŞMESİ / VOLUNTEER ACCOMMODATION AND CULTURAL EXCHANGE AGREEMENT

Bu sözleşme, taraflar arasında herhangi bir ticari kazanç amacı gütmeksizin, Worldpackers platformu üzerinden gerçekleştirilecek gönüllülük ve kültürel değişim esaslarını düzenler. / This agreement regulates the terms of volunteerism and cultural exchange conducted via the Worldpackers platform, without any commercial purpose.
Kurallar ve Sorumluluklar / Rules and Responsibilities:
1. Örf ve Adetler / Cultural Etiquette: Gönüllü, yörenin örf, adet ve kültürel değerlerine saygı göstermekle yükümlüdür. / The volunteer is committed to respecting local customs, traditions, and cultural values.
2. Gece Saati / Curfew: Evdeki tüm bireyler için gece saat 24.00'ten önce evde bulunma zorunluluğu vardır. / All individuals in the house must be home by 24:00 (midnight).
3. Alkol ve Benzeri Ürünler / Alcohol and Prohibited Substances: Evin içerisinde ve dışında alkol veya benzeri maddelerin kullanımı ve bulundurulması kesinlikle yasaktır. / The consumption and possession of alcohol or similar substances inside or outside the house are strictly prohibited.
4. Sigara Kullanımı / Smoking: Evin içinde sigara içmek yasaktır. Sigara sadece dışarıdaki uygun alanlarda içilebilir. / Smoking is prohibited inside the house. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
5. Yasal Bildirim / Legal Notification: Ev sahibi, devlet memuru statüsü gereği 1774 sayılı Kimlik Bildirme Kanunu'na uymakla yükümlüdür. Gönüllü, gerekli tüm kimlik ve pasaport evraklarını gelmeden önce ev sahibine iletmek zorundadır. / The Host is required to comply with Law No. 1774 regarding Identity Notification due to their civil servant status. The volunteer is obligated to provide all necessary identity and passport documents to the host before arrival.
6. Finansal Sorumluluk / Financial Responsibility: Bu bir gönüllülük faaliyetidir; hiçbir ticari kazanç yoktur. Konaklama dışındaki tüm kişisel masraflar gönüllüye aittir. / This is a voluntary activity; there is no commercial gain. All personal expenses, excluding accommodation, are the responsibility of the volunteer.
7. Günlük Görevler / Daily Tasks: Gönüllü, günde 2 saat çocuklarla İngilizce çalışacak ve günlük rutin ev işlerine destek olacaktır. Diğer zamanlar taraflarca planlanacaktır. / The volunteer shall teach English to the children for 2 hours daily and assist with routine household chores. Other times will be planned collectively.
8. Yaşam Alanı / Living Space: Gönüllünün konaklama alanı oturma odasında bulunan açılır kanepedir. Bu alan gündüzleri ortak kullanım alanıdır. / The accommodation area is the pull-out sofa in the living room, which serves as a common area during the day.
9. Beslenme / Diet: Evde sadece İslami usullere uygun (helal) yemekler pişirilecektir. Gönüllü, yemek hazırlık sürecine katılım sağlamalıdır. / Only Halal meals will be prepared in the house. The volunteer must participate in the food preparation process.
10. Düzen ve Tertip / Order and Organization: Oturma odasındaki kanepe ve gönüllüye ayrılan elbise dolabı bölümünün tertibine özen gösterilmelidir. / The order and cleanliness of the sofa in the living room and the allocated space in the wardrobe must be maintained.
11. Giyim Kuralları / Dress Code: Ev içinde ve dışında, yöre halkının kabul ettiği giyim esaslarına dikkat edilmelidir. / Dress code must comply with local cultural standards both inside and outside the house.
12. Sorumluluk Reddi / Limitation of Liability: Gönüllünün kendi eylemlerinden kaynaklanabilecek olumsuzluklarda ev sahibi hiçbir sorumluluk kabul etmemektedir. / The Host accepts no liability for any issues arising from the volunteer’s own actions.
13. Ulaşım ve Sigorta / Entry and Insurance: Ülkeye giriş işlemleri, vize süreçleri ve sağlık sigortası gönüllünün sorumluluğundadır. Belgeler gelmeden önce gönderilmelidir. / Entry procedures, visa processes, and health insurance are the responsibility of the volunteer. Documents must be submitted before arrival.
14. Zarar Tazmini / Damages: Konaklama süresince gönüllüden kaynaklanan her türlü maddi zarar, gönüllü tarafından tazmin edilecektir. / Any material damage caused by the volunteer during the stay shall be compensated by the volunteer. Tarih:
