About the Exchange & Andean Magic ✨
The Kinti Wasi volunteer program is perfect for travelers seeking a peaceful, relaxed environment. As a small family, we offer a cozy home in exchange for 4 hours of work per day.
What we offer:
🛏️ A comfortable bed and daily breakfast (Monday to Sunday).
🌳 Full access to all common areas (kitchen, hammocks, workspaces, etc.).
⏳ 1 day off per week and plenty of free time after your shift for tourism or remote work.
A Spiritual Journey:
We are located near Apu Callacpuma, a sacred, protective mountain home to ancient cave paintings and mystical legends. We will happily guide you to the best local spots to immerse yourself in the deep spirituality of the Andean worldview during your stay.

We are looking for passionate, creative, and hands-on volunteers to help us beautify our space and create unforgettable experiences for our guests. If you love art, decoration, maintenance, or gardening, this is the perfect place for you!
How you can help us:
Painting & Art: Repainting walls in rooms and common areas, repairing cracked walls, and painting beautiful flower murals for room decoration.
Maintenance: General upkeep and touch-ups for furniture, doors, and windows.
Gardening: We have a beautiful garden that is crying out for help! If you have a green thumb, we need you.
Special Events & Experiences: Helping us set up and host special guest services that create magical memories, such as:
Outdoor picnics and birthday picnics.
Special evening events and cozy gatherings.
Special room decorations (anniversaries, surprises, etc.).
What we offer: A warm and welcoming environment, the chance to leave your artistic mark on our space, and the deep gratitude of a community that values your talent.
House Rules & Community Living 🏡✨
We want you to feel right at home, so you will have your own set of keys to come and go as you please. To ensure a smooth and comfortable stay for everyone, we just ask you to follow a few essential guidelines:
Safety First: Our top priority is security. Please make sure the main entrance gates and house doors are always locked after you enter or leave.
Smoke-Free Indoors: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house and bedrooms. However, you are more than welcome to smoke in our outdoor shared areas, such as the garden, terraces, and open lounge zones.
Privacy & Respect: Kinti Wasi is a peaceful, community-focused space. To maintain a respectful environment for all guests and volunteers, bedrooms are strictly for personal rest and sleep; we kindly ask you to keep intimate encounters outside of the volunteer quarters.
