You will work directly with the owners to plan content ideas, create a content calendar, write captions, edit photos, and produce videos for Instagram and TikTok. This may include trending videos, storytelling content, or other creative projects.
If you apply as a couple or with a friend, each person must have a clearly defined role. We expect you to have relevant experience, be able to work independently, and demonstrate your skills through previous work or a portfolio.
RAW is a small, family-run travel company in Ha Giang. As a growing business, we offer a relaxed and friendly working environment where your ideas are valued. Volunteers stay in our shared dormitory with other volunteers and guests.
You can choose to work either the morning or afternoon shift, 6 days a week, with Sundays off. Your evenings are completely free.
Your goal is to complete at least one high-quality piece of content each day (a post, carousel, or video). If a project requires more time to achieve a better result, we're happy to discuss and adjust the timeline.
- Keep shared areas and your personal space clean and tidy.
- Be respectful of shared resources by saving electricity and cleaning up after yourself.
- Take responsibility for your own laundry and belongings.
- Help the team with cooking and cleaning up after meals when needed.
- No visitors without prior permission.
- No smoking, illegal drugs, or prohibited substances on the property.
- Be honest, respectful, and help maintain a safe, friendly, and positive environment.
