The dream volunteer experience. Rodrigo focuses on results rather than hours, so you have a lot of freedom to manage your time. He truly respects volunteering and doesn't ask for much, while giving you the opportunity to try new things and take initiative. I gained confidence in my work and got to develop new ideas. The hostel is beautiful, spotless and feels very premium. Rodrigo will do everything to make you comfortable, so the hostel't hesitate to ask for what you need. From the day I checked in, I didn't want to leave ! (He hosted a huge birthday party for me, unforgettable).

Recomiendo a 1000% El trabajo era sencillo, el lugar es super bonito y equipado (para cocinar) y Rodrigo es muy simpatico y flexible. Gracias por esta oportunidad

Rodri es un host demasiado especial y compresivo, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a que te encuentres cómodo en ese hermoso hostal!!. Las actividades de este voluntariado fueron muy interesantes porque implicaban sumergirse en la cultura, conocer mas sobre la isla y los alrededores. Fué una experiencia demasiado valiosa para culturizarse con la historia de Flores y Guatemala. La isla es encantadora. Fuí demasiado feliz con este voluntariado, siempre estaré muy agradecida con Rodri y recuerdo mucho a Jade. Altamente recomendado!!!

Me ha encantado pasar este tiempo dn the hostel. Te reciben con los brazos abiertos, te cuidan y te hacen sentir parte de. Sin duda recomendaría voluntariar en este Hostel. Big shoutout a Alex y Rodri, os amo 🫡💖

Mi estadía aquí fue linda 😊, me recibieron súper desde el primer momento y pude conocer gente muy bonita que trabaja aquí. El trabajo en si es súper relajado y como Flores es un lugar turístico pude practicar mi inglés a diario ya sea en mis horas de voluntariado atendiendo a las personas como en mis tiempos libres compartiendo con los huéspedes y demás. El Hostel es súper tranqui y está muy bien ubicado, tiene una linda vista todas las mañanas del amanecer, me sentí privilegiada de trabajar todos los dias con una vista tan bonita. Me voy con el corazón llenito 😊💚

Sin duda la isla de flores es el mejor lugar para aventurar en peten, tuve la oportunidad de aprender y practicar inglés, conocer playas, arquitecturas mayas, pude conectar con personas locales y extranjeros , lo mejor de todo es el equipo de trabajo y Jade, los cuales hicieron de mi voluntariado una experiencia increíble

Rodrigo is a great host and all the staff is friendly. the hostel has an environment that made me feel like home all the time. the work in the reception was easy and well explained, everytime i had a question there was someone to help me. i had time to explore Flores which is an amazing place full of nature. 100% recommend going there :) I'll miss that place and jade!!

My experience in Flores was something I will never forget. I truly had the best time of my life. Every person who worked there became a good friend to me and I can't thank them enough. I did unfortunately have to cut my trip short due to a death in my family but I know I will return one day. Flores is truly a beautiful place and I felt extremely safe. The work is easy and fair for the time you get to explore and become apart of the culture. I would recommend volunteering here to anyone!

I couldn't have chosen a better place for my first Worldpackers experience. Everyone was super nice and made me feel at home. 10/10 recommend the hostel. Shoutout to Michi and Jade the true queens of the hostel.
