Tobi è un uomo davvero simpatico che dà istruzioni chiare. Anzi, già in anticipo si è assicurato che fossimo sulla stessa pagina. Il lavoro è piacevole e l'orario di lavoro/giorno può essere flessibile a volte. Il cibo inizialmente era davvero monotono e poco, ma è migliorato diventando decisamente buono. Lui dà molta privacy, il che purtroppo significa anche che non abbiamo avuto molte chiacchiere divertenti. Ma in generale posso solo consigliarlo.

La casa non era terminata e tutto era provvisorio, ma lo sapevamo in anticipo, quindi non c'era problema. La comunicazione era molto buona e siamo arrivati a conoscerci un po' prima di unirci al restauro. Tutto era molto chiaro e abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di andare in una città più grande nei nostri giorni liberi. Il lavoro non è stato difficile e abbiamo fatto molto.

Me and my girlfriend had a great time with Tobi and Maya and Neo. Tobi was very welcoming and friendly and the tasks were fair for our stay. We stayed in a cozy tent and the work we were given was nice as we felt as though we were helping Tobi out building his eco project. We cooked and shared meals every day and its very handy that theres a lidl just 15min walk away. Tobi has a electric scooter that we were allowed use which would make the trip only 5min. There is no hot shower on the property but there is a hot shower in a caravan park just beside lidl. Overall highly recommend 👍

Tobi is a very generous and friendly person :) We had a really nice time at his place :D Neo and Maya are also VERY cute and lovely doogos:)

My volunteer experience was very nice, I really recommend it if you are looking to connect with nature and venture into the van ife. The tasks are easy to do and you have time to explore around Lagoa. Toby is a very intelligent, responsible, friendly and respectful person. It was an opportunity to learn about German culture and also about his travel experiences. I couldn't leave without mentioning Maya and Neo, they are beautiful and loving doggies. They really stole my love.

Work included daily cooking (2-3 times), doing the dishes and gardening (no animal care). in hindsight, i'd stick to the worldpackers agreement because due to a lack of tasks, tobi had me pay for food with me working less than 4h a day in exchange for accommodation. this led to some disagreements but we resolved them. i would recommend this experience to those seeking a quiet time, but not to younger people because you'll be mostly on your own as he needs to work in his van over the day and there will likely be no other volunteers your age.
