Come prima esperienza di volontariato mi sono trovato benissimo! La famiglia è stata super accogliente e i bambini fantastici. Nonostante non parlassi bene lo spagnolo, con Bruno comunicavo in inglese. Con Celina c'è stata grande flessibilità: gestivo in autonomia le 5 ore di lavoro al giorno, quasi tutti all'aperto. Bellissimo poi conoscere gli altri volontari, con cui ho condiviso il lavoro e le uscite al mare, a soli 25 minuti di bici o in bus. La casa era un po' disordinata e non troppo pulita ma da evitare solo per chi teme gli insetti ahah. Esperienza top, torno davvero contento!

Fue un placer recibir a Lorenzo en nuestra finca. Es una persona agradable, trabajadora, independiente y con buena disposición.
Como aspecto a mejorar, recordar la importancia de llamar antes de entrar en la casa privada de los anfitriones; pequeños detalles de convivencia que ayudan a todos.
Y sobre los insectos… jajaj, ¡van incluidos en el pack rural! 🌿
Lo recomendamos y le deseamos lo mejor!

My stay with Celina, Bruno, Luthien, and Valentine (and Rock) was absolutely amazing! They made me feel welcome and like I was part of the family. The work day started earlier to avoid the mid day heat. Each day we had different task so it was never boring! I learned how to make jam from higo chumbo, harvest carob, prune olive trees and a few other things! Celina is big on respect. You respect her, she respects you. Very simple My only complaint is that my experience wasn't longer!! Thank you so much, I hope to be back soon ❤️❤️

I really enjoyed my time with Celina and her family. Speaking Spanish, doing outdoor volunteering and spending time with the family and other volunteers travelling around the local area. There's a space for the volunteers and the work is fair and enjoyable. With most of it done in the morning - for the summer months, I didn't stay during the winter. The type of projects range from building mounds for their watering system to maintaining the trees, to even teaching English. Have some fun, do some work and treat them with respect and I'm sure you'll have a lovely time.

This was my second experience with Worldpackers and it was amazing!! Celina and the entire family were extremely kind and welcoming, and we shared many beautiful moments together. I had my own casita to sleep in and bathroom + shower room, which are separate from the casita. The tasks and the hours of work have differed some days, depending on what needed to get done or the heat. Overall the host was very considerate at all times. I also learned a lot about self-sufficiency and organic farming, which I found super interesting (and tasty!). I would highly recommend this experience!!!

I had an incredible experience with this host and her family. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like part of the family and created a warm and welcoming environment. I learned a lot throughout my stay, both through the work and the conversations and experiences we shared. They played a huge role in making my time in Mutxamel fun, meaningful and enriching. I'll always look back on this experience with gratitude and fond memories. I highly recommend this experience!

This was my very first volunteering experience. Celina and her family welcomed me and cooked for me even though I am vegetarian, which I am very grateful for. I stayed in a tent outside which was previously agreed upon. The only bad thing about that was that my mattress was broken so everyday I woke up on the ground. To be honest the cleannesses of the shared utilities and kitchen wasn't the best so if I knew that beforehand it would be a dealbreaker for me. The beach is around 30 minutes by bike and 1 hour by bus, by the photos I thought it would be much closer. The work itself was okay 👍

Es una chica educada y agradable 😊, aunque le costó adaptarse al ritmo y a las tareas del campo. En ocasiones faltó algo de iniciativa y cuidado con la limpieza de las zonas comunes. El último día dejó comida fuera y otro voluntario tuvo que recoger y limpiar.
También tuvimos alguna dificultad con las normas de convivencia. Para futuras experiencias, le recomendamos cuidar la vestimenta, especialmente en ambientes rurales y familiares, y ser prudente al regresar sola por la noche.
