My time at the organization & the organization, with Anish and his family, was an amazing experience. I had the chance to learn so many new things when it comes to dealing with children, learning them new things and also learning from them. The whole project makes sure that we as volunteers still have a lot of free-time for exploring the area, going to different places to enjoy culture and nature of Kerala. Also staying at Anish's home and his family, I felt super welcome and like a part of the family. I would recommend this experience to everybody who is in search of an authentic South Indian experience.

Even after the camp, the children continue to remember and cherish Pascal by name — a true reflection of the positive impact he created in such a short time. His dedication, warmth, and enthusiasm made him a valuable part of our community.
We are deeply grateful for his contribution and would gladly welcome him back anytime. Highly recommended for any host looking for a sincere, responsible, and inspiring volunteer.

I really enjoyed my month volunteering with the organization. As part of the project, I was sent to Saint John's School, where I taught classes to children aged 7 to 11. Although teaching wasn't always easy because English isn't their first language, it was a very rewarding experience. I was especially happy to hear that two of my 54 students became more confident speaking English and expanded their vocabulary. Thanks to Anish and his family for their warm hospitality throughout my stay. I recommend this project to anyone looking for a meaningful volunteer experience.

Olivia was an enthusiastic and dedicated volunteer during her time at Poornodaya. She actively participated in various initiatives and played a key role as one of the Mistresses of Ceremonies for one of our core events, showcasing her confidence and eloquence. Additionally, her efforts in video creation added value to our projects, demonstrating her creativity and technical skills. Olivia's contributions were meaningful, and we value the energy and dedication she brought to Poornodaya.

I enjoyed my time at the school Vidyanijethan spending time with the kids, the teachers & the other volunteer Asia. It was Summer Camp, so no specific classes, just 10-15 kids of varying ages to keep occupied, while also helping them learn in a fun manner. A bit daunting initially being expected to host the class but i soon settled in. Anish & Maya were fantastic & welcoming & sorted out any issues we had. Good fun!!

One of the most rewarding experiences of my life. After spending a beautiful month teaching yoga, I don't find enough words to express how happy I am to to support this incredible kind of projects. All the love you received from the children here is invaluable. The teachers and the staff treat me with respect and helped me during the process, everyone was so friendly and kind. You basically have the children all by yourself so is up to you to create a fun class with a learning purpose. The volunteers have their own house and lots of food. I will miss the kids so much, very hard to say goodbye.
