I had a great experience staying a month at the hostel! The place is beautifully decorated, AC acclimatized, good wifi connection, the hostel is comfortable and there's a pool table to play at all times. The owner Effie is caring and committed to the volunteers, to the point that the let the volunteers stay at the hostel even when it was closed during the Covid-19 health crisis. I'm very thankful for this experience, and so for the great people that I met there!

The hostel was really comfortable better than mine in home. Effie the host was welcoming, always easy to talk to if needed. Unfortunately she had to close the hostel at the end of March for a week or so due to the Corona virus situation but she was kind to let us stay in the hostel until the agreed date. The jobs were easy and corresponding to the description so as the working hours. It was my first trip with World packers and I remained content. Thank you all!

After spending about 1 month at the hostel Bikes, I had the opportunity to meet people from all over the world. The atmosphere is warm and the work at the bar is so cool. I'm going to miss you but I'll be back.

Rudy era molto affascinante e piacevole con cui parlare, quindi l'abbiamo messo al bar. Ha fatto un buon lavoro prendendosi cura dei clienti e i clienti lo adorano. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di avere Iara nel nostro team. Era intelligente e molto amichevole. L\'abbiamo messa al bar e ha portato a termine il lavoro. Era disponibile a imparare e ha reso molto bene. Abbiamo avuto alcuni video di lei mentre preparava cocktail e hanno suscitato molto coinvolgimento da parte di molte persone su Facebook. Aveva una buona presenza sul posto di lavoro e ama i bambini. Molte volte si prendeva cura di mio figlio giocando con lui quando ero occupato. Riesce a comunicare in inglese con una discreta facilità. Altamente consigliata!

Vine para quedarme solo dos semanas que me habían quedado libres antes de continuar y debido a la hospitalidad, el buen trato y el ambiente decidí quedarme algunas semanas más. Súper bien ubicado, tranquilidad en el hostel y fiesta cerca si se quiere. Me siento como en casa!

Juan era un ragazzo dolce e bello. Indossava sempre l'abbigliamento sportivo. Era molto disponibile e dava il suo meglio mentre faceva volontariato con noi. Si intendeva molto bene con gli altri volontari. Ci piacerebbe riaverlo con noi. Consigliato!

Rubens era divertente ed energico. Ci siamo trascorsi davvero un bel momento ad ospitarlo e si è trovato molto bene con gli altri volontari. Ha portato a termine il lavoro di cui era responsabile. E possiamo fare affidamento su di lui. Il suo inglese era perfetto e ti piacerebbe. Consigliato!

Everything was better than expected! I was working at Ola Bar just across the road from the hostel and the job was simple. The kindness and politeness of the owners Effie and Soda is a great example of the culture of this great country. I already missing all the people that I met there from the staff, locals, colleagues and some guests. Hope to cya all in the future 🙏

My boyfriend and I spent an amazing month at the hostel. We worked at the bar and it was a sensacionall experience. Effie is a lovely person and all the hostel and bar staff are very friendly. We had plenty of time to get to know Bangkok, visit all the sights, and explore the less touristy and most charming parts of the city. We learned a lot about the Thais and their culture there. The work was simple, the hours and days off were followed very well, and the atmosphere really is wonderful. I not only recommend it, but would go again if I return to Bangkok. Coral e Vitor erano una coppia molto dolce e romantica. Si sono comportati molto bene al bar e si sono accompagnati per la maggior parte del tempo. Hanno creato un'atmosfera molto bella al bar. Era tranquillo al bar mentre erano qui, ma hanno reso il posto così vivace. Sono stati capaci di ballare e cantare molto bene. Siamo stati molto felici di incontrarli e di imparare dalla loro cultura. Altamente consigliato!

IT was the greatest first experience for a Worldpacking adverture. Effie is great, so is Elle and Soda, whi help you knowing the daily tasks. The working hours are respected and you get the day off to explore Bangkok. The hostel is located in a estrategic place downtown. 20 minutos walking from Chinatown, Khao San Road, The Great Palace and othe places you'll want to visit. I highly recomend it.

È stata una grande esperienza ospitare Danie. Era una signora incantevole e tutti la amano. Mi ha aiutato al bar e ha saputo svolgere tutte le attività molto bene. Era desiderosa di imparare e si è impegnata molto per aiutarci. Riceviamo sempre complimenti dai clienti. Altamente consigliata!
