Il mio soggiorno da Stefan e Jillian è stato davvero piacevole! Mi sono sentito molto a mio agio e ben accolto e tornerei in qualsiasi momento! Hanno una bella proprietà con molte piante e frutti biologici; durante il mio soggiorno ho imparato molto, soprattutto sulle piante di banana, il che è stato interessante e inaspettato. Si sono anche dati da fare per mostrarmi la zona e mi hanno portato in posti interessanti.

Mi è davvero piaciuto il mio soggiorno!!! Stefan e Jillian ti fanno sentire molto benvenuto/a! Mi sono sicuramente sentito/a di nuovo in contatto con la natura. Jillian e Stefan mi hanno accompagnato in molte gite di un giorno e mi hanno mostrato i dintorni. Molto gentili e aperti di mente per le persone di tutto il mondo. ❤️❤️

Anche la splendida connessione e coinvolgimento, imparare sulle nostre origini, sulle nostre famiglie e sulle nostre tradizioni... Tutti noi impariamo, indipendentemente dalla nostra età... Ammiriamo il tuo coraggio di viaggiare a un età giovane. Affrontare il mondo e acquisire esperienze indimenticabili, che nessuna università può dare... Ricorda, sei sempre nei nostri cuori e benvenuta. Presto ci sarà molto più spazio, poiché Fantasy Home dovrebbe essere terminato quest'anno. Tutto il meglio e grazie.

Mi sono davvero goduto il mio tempo qui — il posto è bello, tranquillo e circondato dalla natura. Nel complesso è stata una grande esperienza e mi sono sentito molto a mio agio rimanendoci. Purtroppo la nostra collaborazione è terminata circa due settimane prima del previsto, il che mi ha inizialmente messo in una situazione un po' difficile, ma apprezzo comunque il tempo che ho trascorso qui e tutto ciò che ho potuto vedere sull'isola. In generale, consiglierei decisamente questo posto ad altri viaggiatori che vogliono godersi la natura e un'atmosfera calma.

È stato fantastico avere Jacorb, è stato un grande aiuto, ma sfortunatamente mia madre di 92 anni si è ammalata, il che significava che dovevamo prenderci cura di lei e stare lontani; da allora è venuta a mancare, rendendo tutto molto difficile. Grazie per la tua comprensione.

If you want peaceful time in nature, doing basic gardening and connecting with locals, then this is the place for you. We went on a lot of northland adventures and then there's always beautiful Paihia just a walk/bike ride away. I recommend sunrise swims and exploring as much of the area as possible with bike, kayak or on foot. Jillian and Stefan are good people who will make you feel right at home. Thanks x E

Stefan and Jillian were truly wonderful. They tried to make everything happen for me that a tourist could do around here. I might even have seen more than the locals around here. Working hours were less than expected and punctuated by nice talks about all kinds of stuff over a cup of tea. Stefan also made sure that work was fun and do-able. Thanks Stefan and Jillian for giving me a temporary home away from home :)

Stefan and Jillian are very nice people, always helpful and try to make you feel at home. They also took me to many places, introduced me to many locals, and showed me real New Zealand life. The work itself was not difficult, and Stefan always tried to adjust it to my interests and skills. On top of that, he is also a passionate photographer, so I have many photos as memories of my stay. I had a really great time there. Thank you so much, Stefan and Jillian.

Abbiamo anche trascorso un tempo fantastico con Daniel. Daniel è molto simpatico tra i nostri amici e la nostra famiglia... In molte occasioni la gente chiede di Daniel, augurandogli buoni viaggi. Speriamo di rimanere in contatto con Daniel... Grazie per tutto il tuo aiuto.

I had a priceless experience during staying with Stefan and Jillian! They are really nice and warm-hearted people.. Working was not hard and I always enjoyed working with Stefan and Garden. Stefan and Jillian took me to many amazing places and I met lovely people..! I learned many things from them and It affected me a lot in a good way! I really appreciate to Stefan and Jillian for making my travel special..

Stefan and Jillian have been amazing hosts! Thank you 🙏🏻 Have learnt alot about life out in the bush and was able to help contribute to building and growing their home in paradise. Tasks were at random of what needs to be done and not that tiring at all. You are really made to feel at home and part of a family. They are happy to show you all of their favourite spots around the area in the times you're not working. Its truly a paradise this location and you will be lucky to be able to experience nature so close to you :)

I had a great time with Stefan and Jillian. They are both very nice people and welcomed me so nicely in their home. Thanks to Stefan and Jillian I've seen a lot of beautiful things and met nice people, while staying with them. They even took me on a kayak tour and I enjoyed it a lot. The amount of work was totally fine and Stefan was always making sure that I was okay while working and also through the whole day. Thank you Jillian and Stefan.

Stefan and Gillian were incredible hosts. From the moment I arrived they were extremely welcoming and generous. The tasks with Stefan in the garden were fun and interesting, I learned a lot about the native New Zealand bush. The cabin was very comfortable and private. Stefan and Gillian introduced me to many lovely people, they took me to some beautiful areas around Paihia as well as some tasty local restaurants. I highly recommend working with them in Paihia, the experience was amazing overall!
