Dear all I'm incredibly grateful for my time as a volunteer at the school Teach the school in Iringa, Tanzania, through Worldpackers. Mr. Kingalata ensured the experience was enriching and fulfilling. I formed lifelong friendships with two amazing fellow volunteers and had the privilege of teaching Portuguese to local youth, it was a incredible time I enjoyed. Signor Chissapa Watela, un ragazzo che ha avuto una buona performance sin dal primo giorno dopo il suo arrivo a Iringa presso la nostra scuola; posso ringraziarlo per il suo grande piano di venire in Tanzania dall'Angola, perché i giorni che è rimasto qui ci hanno aperto gli occhi; il modo in cui il suo paese è enorme e ha una cultura incredibile. È stato un lavoratore diligente sia a scuola che a casa ogni giorno, quindi lo abbiamo davvero apprezzato. Bentornato in Tanzania, amico mio.

Wonderful and unforgettable experience at Turnbull the school of Mr. Daudi, an excepional person who takes care of his guest and involves them in the school activities. I had opportunity to do something for these students, to teach them a little bit of english through my knowledge of food, geography and animals and introduce them to italian cousin through the preparation of foods, it was something so great for me that I will never forget it. Just as i will never forget the sweetness in the students' eyes and their desire to learn. Thank's Daudi, "the black lion", you have a big heart.

Fratello Daniele, è una brava persona, molto socievole, sempre; dal primo giorno in cui ci siamo incontrati all’aeroporto ho capito che è una brava persona, capace di far piacere la sua presenza a tutti quando è sul posto. Ha già fatto molte cose al college da solo, persino in cucina, e apprezziamo molto anche il sostegno che ha dato al college, soprattutto ai nostri studenti. Davvero siamo molto felici di conoscere il signor Daniele dall’Italia; mi ha mostrato com’è il mondo, e quali sono le cose migliori da fare per perseguire i sogni degli studenti dopo che i loro studi diventano realtà per il futuro. Daudi is an outstanding host and the school is a wonderful place! Daudi and his family are welcoming, caring and extremely helpful. In fact, after a few days, I felt embraced by the whole village! It's clear that Daudi appreciates his guests and the experiences that they bring to his students. He showed a deep commitment to me to ensure that I got as much out of my trip as possible. As for the students - I have been teaching for nearly fifteen years but I have never known a more enthusiastic, committed group of learners! I wholeheartedly recommend this experience!

Ero così entusiasta della forma in cui il signor Adam lavorava sodo ogni giorno! Si assicurava che tutto andasse bene e senza intoppi; la conoscenza che ha fornito ai nostri studenti e a noi in generale è stata incredibile e tutti l'hanno apprezzato perché voleva vedere che il college stesse diventando più grande. Era flessibile per aiutarci in molti modi, soprattutto nella classe di cinese. Sa molte cose perché è un insegnante professionale. La mia comunità era molto felice con lui ovunque qui a Iringa, perché sa come vivere con le persone. Abbiamo un piano per ottobre di quest'anno 2024.

The commitment they expected when I arrived was pretty much what was described here on worldpackers platform. Starting from the stay, Daudi and his family were very hospitable made me feel at home from day one. They helped me arrange everything so that I'm comfortable and helped me explore a bit around Iringa, the beautiful town with breathtaking landscapes. The teaching experience was also great. The students were very enthusiastic about learning foreign languages, it was such a blast to work with them. I would definitely recommend this place to other volunteers.Daudi is a very helpful person

Come ospite del Turnbull Tech College in Tanzania, non ho abbastanza parole per esprimere quello che provo, perché la signora Nourhan è stata così amichevole, lavoratrice e anche gentile. Ci ha aiutato a insegnare agli studenti la lingua tedesca fin dal primo giorno in cui è arrivata; ci ha anche assistito nel conoscere alcune applicazioni come l'app Airbnb e ora vediamo persone Airbnb che ne godono molto, oltre a alcune cose ufficiali che assicurano che ci muoviamo in modo analogo ai cambiamenti del mondo nella tecnologia, in particolare nell'informatica. Ma è stata anche molto saggia tutto il tempo, perciò io, i membri del consiglio e il mio staff siamo stati molto felici con lei senza dimenticare la mia comunità. Spero che ci incontreremo molto presto in futuro.

There are not enough words to explain my gratitude and my love for this people that taught me so much in just a few days . Mr.Daudi is a very nice and cooperative person who always tries to make sure that everything is okay and help you in your goal . The students are the sweetest on this planet .all members are so committed to humanity ,God,Love and patience . Oh mio Dio! Beher e sua moglie erano persone buone con me e con i miei studenti, e anche con tutto il personale in generale. Non li dimenticherò mai perché lavoravano duro ogni giorno all'università. Beher mi ha insegnato il francese e l'arabo tutti i giorni; mi è piaciuto, perché ora posso parlare e aiutare gli altri grazie a ciò che mi ha insegnato sulle lingue. Siamo in contatto entrambi; spero molto presto di visitare i loro paesi d'origine, perché siamo più che amici. Persone affascinanti tutto il tempo.

Ouafa e suo marito Beher hanno fatto molte cose nel mio college, in particolare Ouafa ci ha aiutato a insegnare ai miei studenti nelle lezioni di parrucchiere e bellezza e terapia; inoltre ci ha aiutato fornendo formazione a coloro che imparavano la gestione alberghiera in cucina per un paio di giorni. I nostri studenti sono stati molto felici delle lezioni, anche loro, perché erano umili e cooperativi tutto il tempo. Vedo un buon futuro per entrambi, amici miei; l’unica cosa è continuare a lavorare sodo ogni giorno. Vi ringraziamo per essere venuti qui in Tanzania al Turnbulltech College. I loved volunteering at Turnbull Tech! Daudi is very welcoming, and the students were very excited to meet me. In the classes they students are a little shy, but once you get them involved, they open up and talk a lot. This destination is in a unique city, up a mountain, and quite beautiful. The teachers at Turnbull are very accommodating and help you learn about the town, get food and give you plenty of fun things you can do in the city. I can't wait to go back!

Onestamente, mi è piaciuta la tua performance dentro e fuori dalle lezioni, e sono stata molto felice anche del tuo impegno nel venire al Turnbull Tech College, perché ci hai portato molte competenze, soprattutto per i nostri studenti e per la mia famiglia di Turnbull Tech in generale. Mr Daudi Kingalata is super welcoming, very supportive and very positive. He is flexible and easy to work with. He will go out of his way to make you feel welcome and at home. Daudi is an entrepreneur with a big heart and strong core values around helping people. His the school supports the tuition for 3 – 4 poor students. I have also watched him provide very generous support of the small Anglican church's building fund in his small home village. We have become good friends over the month that I have spent volunteering to teach conversational English at the Turnbull Tech the school.

Il signor Neil è un buon amico per tutti, quindi gli sono piaciuto dal profondo del mio cuore per come era e prendeva sul serio molte cose riguardo allo sviluppo della Turnbulltech vocational Training College. Inoltre ha fatto un ottimo lavoro per aiutare gli studenti a gruppi ad imparare l'inglese fluentemente; ha sviluppato una nuova idea di avviare una società che è "Turnbull Tech Computer Repairs" e è stato anche un buon consigliere per avere strategie solide in entrambi i progetti ogni anno.
Ma ha anche fornito i suoi buoni pensieri su come possiamo espandere il programma di abbigliamento e tessile (macchine per cucire) e avere come "Turnbull Tech Manufacturing" e poi un giorno possiamo trovare il mercato di esso all'estero del mio paese, inclusi il suo paese (Canada). I found Turnbull the school when I researched my route from Lusaka (Zambia) to Moshi (Tanzania). The project is right halfway through the Iringa region. Everything was a big surprise for me: the small town, the community, the project and especially Daudi the host. Daudi has a big heart, he was super careful and considerate to the point of becoming a good friend. He is responsible for the project and works very responsibly. If you can, don't go through the region without visiting this project first. I really recommend.

In realtà, il mio amico Tayke era una persona socievole qui a Iringa; ci ha aiutato molto a capire come avere una connessione forte con la comunità intorno al college, come avere una grande squadra per il nostro progetto, espandere il progetto ogni giorno attraverso studenti e altre persone al di fuori del college e infine collegarsi con le istituzioni, aziende, college, scuole e centri per bambini orfani. Apprezziamo molto il grande lavoro che ha fatto per il nostro progetto a Iringa. Grazie, Tayke, per essere venuto al nostro college; speriamo di poterti accogliere di nuovo la prossima volta, anche se siamo ancora in contatto.

Daudi is an excellent host! Nice and talkative. It was my first time in Africa and he really took care of me. He was always caring about my safety and wanting me to enjoy the Tanzanian life. He wanted me to be happy and to enjoy every time. I felt really welcome! About the volunteer activity, Daudi is really open to let you do whatever you want for help. He let me to be free to choose. I started teaching Spanish language, but after a week, the student had holidays. So after that, I helped them with some administration stuff, what I really enjoyed to do. Thank you! Ringrazio Dio perché hai deciso di venire direttamente in Tanzania. Davvero, Camila, dal profondo del mio cuore, vorrei dire che hai fatto cose grandi per la mia facoltà in poco tempo, cose che non dimenticheremo mai. Inoltre mi è piaciuta la tua creatività, la tua conoscenza, la tua umiltà, il tuo duro lavoro e il tuo fascino sempre.
