Sono arrivato un po' in ritardo a causa dei ritardi dei voli e Talab è stato super gentile e comprensivo, il carico di lavoro non era impegnativo e avevano un team incredibilmente gentile, soprattutto lo chef che preparava pasti deliziosi su richiesta ogni giorno. Lo consiglierei al 100%

Ho passato un periodo così bello facendo volontariato nell'ostello! Talab è stato davvero divertente stare intorno, rispettoso, e mi ha fatto sentire a casa fin dall'inizio. Ho principalmente aiutato con i social media, quindi il lavoro era abbastanza rilassato e flessibile, il che significava che avevo ancora molto tempo per godermi il posto e prendere le cose con calma. Mi è capitato di essere lì durante la stagione bassa, quindi era molto più tranquillo del solito, ma in realtà mi è piaciuto molto. Ha reso l'esperienza intera tranquilla, spensierata e molto più personale. Veramente grato per l'esperienza e per come mi sono sentito accolto. Grazie Talab!

Ci siamo divertiti molto a fare volontariato all'ostello. Talab è stato un host così divertente e rispettoso — si è assicurato che ci sentissimo a nostro agio e benvenuti fin dall'inizio. I nostri compiti erano semplici e molto flessibili, poiché principalmente stavamo aiutando con i social media, il che ci ha dato molto tempo per godere del posto. Siamo andati durante la bassa stagione, quindi non c'erano molti ospiti e non c'era molto da fare, ma ciò in realtà ha reso l'esperienza molto più rilassante per noi. Grazie per averci ospitato, Talab!

I'm so happy that I stayed at the hostel. It is a well-known hostel in Jaisalmer. The location is great, right next to the fort. 10 minutes from the train station as well. Talab was a great host and has a very inspiring story. The reception work was easy and I was happy to help with some troubleshooting too. Talab took me on some tours in his car and bike around the city which was really fun. He also made sure that I met other international travelers. My only critique is that I was very excited to take care of camels (based on the title of the exchange) and that isn't a job actually offered.

I had a great experience volunteering at the hostel! Taleb was a good host who always looked out for me, and all of the staff at the hostel were good people and nice friends. The hotel has an amazing big rooftop with the best view of the fort and is in a great location for exploring the city. I was given a good private room for my stay and provided with meals. Taleb also drove me around the city, and to cool places like the lake and the haunted village. and at the end of my stay they kindly dropped me to the bus stand and made sure i was safely on my way!

È stato fantastico ospitare Wavey. È stata gentile e ci ha aiutato a gestire i nostri social media e il coinvolgimento turistico ! Era una personalità vivace e piena di energia. Grazie per essere venuta a fare volontariato con noi. Il tuo aiuto ha significato molto!

Talab is a great host, with an great history! He made us feel confortable since the first moment. We helped him producing photos and videos about the hotel and the desert the hostel, and dealing with his social media. Our schedule was very flexible, since it was important for us to visit the highlights of the city. We even got a chance to go to the desert the hostel! It was amazing! Thank you, Talab!

I spent such a good time in the hostel, I felt treated as a family member. They received me very kind and offer me a room for myself. The job was pretty easy, helping in reception, some post and videos for social media and for sure sharing with the guest. Jaisalmer in general is such a nice place to visit and have a different experience of India. I really appreciate the time in the hostel specially with Talab and hiral, they are good persons 🫶

My experience was interesting. I enjoyed the stay and the people were incredibly friendly. Everyone constantly made sure that I was comfortable and taken care of. One thing I struggled with a lot was the lack of communication of expectations or tasks. Sometimes I found myself sitting at the desk feeling completely lost, because I wasn't really explained what was expected of me. Overall it was an amazing stay and I would recommend it, but maybe for someone who already has some experience with running a business, so they can make suggestions and take action accordingly
